Great experience! Team was professional and great to deal with and cannot fault my dealings with them!

If I could give no stars I would! Shocking company. Customer care? No such thing.
Had major issues with our property from shower screens falling down to massive leaks. No accountability, or even an apology. Shocking.

My husband and I recently visited Owl homes in Alderton and have to say we couldn’t rate Caitlin highly enough . She spent a lot of time with us , and was very patient with all of our questions. Being in the new build business ourselves we were very impressed with the build quality , and the layout of the development too

Never had any issues with Owl homes, always good communication and willing to help with any issues!

Warren was, as always, professional, helpful and sorted out our issues to our satisfaction.

We have been our owl home for 4 years and now we are having to pay for soffit and fascia's to be replaced rotten due to water coming off roof edge and not into gutters.
Double glazed units in windows and doors failing,company who fitted them will replace the unit under 5 year warranty but want £135 to fit them.All the things that have gone since we moved in major leak behind kitchen units,kitchen had to be removed,plaster board replaced,humidifier going for 3 days on my electric.
Oven failed replaced under warranty.
Dishwasher failed under warranty due to kitchen fitter breaking leg when fitting and jammed timber under it. Fencing to garden fitted wrong way round,lawn laid straight on clay no top soil, replaced by them after many complaints,brick missing out of cable end wall.
All I would say if you buy a owl home please pay a professional snagging company to check it before to take completion and your solicitor release the money to them.

My husband and I bought a home at Lindley Walk last year and moved in last month. We were supported the whole way through by Owl and their sales team put us at ease completely. As first time buyers it can be really daunting to start the process but we were never rushed and felt that there was a lot of choice for us to look at. Seeing our house being built has been a fantastic experience and we’re really happy here. Would recommend Owl to anyone !

We’ve had such a positive experience with Owl Homes, especially as first-time buyers. Buying your first home can feel really overwhelming, but Lisa made the whole process so much easier for us from start to finish.

She was always so helpful, friendly, and approachable, and no question was ever too much for her. As first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions and sometimes worried we were asking silly things, but she was always patient and reassuring and never once made us feel that way. She kept us updated throughout the process without us even having to ask, regularly sending us pictures and updates, which we really appreciated. She was also incredibly patient while we were choosing all of our options and made the whole experience enjoyable rather than stressful.

Les the site manager has been equally fantastic. He has always been really friendly, approachable, and happy to help wherever he can. We are two young girls buying our first house, he always took the time to explain everything clearly to us and made sure we understood things properly, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process.

Overall, we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Owl Homes. The support, communication, and care we’ve received from Lisa and Les has been amazing, and we’re so grateful for everything they’ve done for us.

We would like to thank Lisa, Les and Lee throughout our journey to buy our new home at Oakwood.
Lisa answered all our questions and kept us up to date with progress and responded very quickly to any of our queries.
Every thing was explained to us clearly as to what were the next steps in the process and after not having purchased a house for 49 years things have changed somewhat!

I can’t overstate how great our experience with Owl Homes has been.
Lisa in sales and Les and Lee have made everything really enjoyable. Having watched our home from ground level to completion has been an absolute pleasure. The help we’ve received from start to finish went way beyond expectations. Lisa was brilliant and so patient when we pestered her at times and took it in her stride. We are happy to say she is now like an old friend. Les and Lee on site are pleasant knowledgeable and very helpful with anything we have asked. A truly great team. Highly reccomended

We recently looked at purchasing a home from Owl Homes at Willowbank Meadows. I do not normally write reviews but I was very impressed with how Kaitlyn who works in the Sales Office was. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and above all courteous. She answered all our questions and I felt she knew the site inside out.

We we're warmly genuinely greeted by Lisa at Oakwood in Stoke Golding and advised with a refreshing 'nothing with be a problem' attitude. Then Lisa walked us around one of the homes. I work in construction and immediately apricated the care and quality of how everything had been done. We had previously visited a hand full of local new builds and all credit to the site manager here because its faultless. Electrics, Plumbing, Plastering, Brickwork all of these trades working together form your home and each trade work in harmony here. We had placed a deposit on one of the homes but had an opportunity to buy an idyllic cottage which we have gone for, but this was a decision not made lightly because we now have so much work to do! if you're in the market for a new home from a company who really care within a sought after area don't hesitate - buy one. This review is to thank Lisa, the sales executive on the site called Oakwood, Stoke Golding, for being so exceptionally helpful. I have not been an easy buyer, having spent over a year looking for the right house, but Lisa has been extremely patient, giving me time and space to keep a clear head. Her communication between site visits has been unwaveringly reliable. She always answers messages and questions with swift efficiency. Her enthusiasm for the site and homes is reassuring without being pushy, and she has been meticulous in explaining all details to do with the home and purchase. Buying a house can be stressful, and I would say Lisa goes above and beyond when it comes to calm, patient reassurance. All much appreciated. Thank you.

Kaitlyn- Willow Bank Meadows.
We booked an appointment to view a house at Willow Bank and the appointment was quickly arranged by Kaitlyn. On arrival, Kaitlyn was there waiting for us and provided us with a lot of detail about the property, development and local area. Kaitlyn also went out of her way to show us two of the properties on site so that we could see the standard of the spec on Owl Homes’ properties, which is excellent. Thanks again Kaitlyn

They made our experience so smooth and were always there to help. Enquired about Lindley Walk, we never ended up buying a home but our experience with Sheila was fantastic. Really helpful and good to deal with. It is a shame the house didn’t quite meet what we required.

Lisa's guidance, flexibility and communication has been invaluable. Whilst we opted not to purchase, the professionalism really does show what kind of developer Owl Homes are.

When filling in a review, google asks what made your experience great? The simplest response is Lisa? Whilst Lisa, has since moved on to the Stoke Golding site, she is still the agent dealing with us for our purchase on King Richards Warf. Knowing that she is effectively dealing with 2 sites and all the additional enquiries they produce, Lisa is literally a God send. Not only picking up dropped balls that others refused to catch but making our transition to buying this property as smooth as it possibly could be. Being the front of house foot solider she really is more than her position and I can only hope she is as valued within her work place as we value the level of above and beyond she went through to make this work (even answering concerns on her day's off). Lisa is far more than her role and I hope she knows how much we valued her hard work and support.
