I visited the Gainsborough site today to enquire what was available. Although the property I was looking for was not available, Martyn provided exceptional customer service. I hope to deal with him again.

We recently purchased the Kilda house on the Millwood estate in Kilbirnie at the end of October. As experienced purchasers of new builds properties over many years, we wanted to find a house that was going to be our final home as part of a retirement plan. We definitely found the one that was just perfect in every way for us. I can honestly say that Keepmoat Homes has been our best house to date. The attention to detail & quality within our house design/layout has been of the highest standard. Keepmoat offer a wide range of stunning contemporary, minimalist & modern options for their kitchens, bathrooms, etc during the purchase process. I can honestly say that our experience from our first visit, to moving in, to aftercare has been of the highest standard from all the team who have supported us in our new chapter. The aftercare from the team has been very exceptional, especially from Craig site manager, Mark assistant manager, Ashley customer services, Linda in the sales office. All the team on site have been very helpful & supportive with any problems we’ve encountered with snagging issues. Kevin also has been amazingly supportive with any problems we encountered over the past 6 months. Any worries or concerns from us was met with empathy, compassion & enthusiastically acted upon by all the team. Any problems at all big or small the team are always happy to help. We would definitely highly recommend Keepmoat Homes

My experience with James from customer care at Keepmoat was total satisfaction.

James arrived for a very routine job but once alerted to an existing problem - which was far more complex did not pass the buck as often is the case and saught resolution with vigour and good cheer, (going above and beyond his call) demonstrating clear experience, expertise and good judgement. We don't normally leave reviews but have to say Oliver Morson did a brilliant job for us. Help us to solve the bathtub panels as well which we were struggling to find a solution to it. He done a very detailed job in terms of sealing our vinyl floor in the bathroom. Would highly recommend him.

James has been twice to my property to complete works. He is professional and friendly and completed works to a high standard. Appointment times were kept and work completed in a timely manner. Asset to Keepmoat

We moved in on the 1st of December 2025 and as you’d expect we’ve had a few little issues with our new build.

Both Clint and Jessica ( Garden City estate ) have been exceptional… they’ve gone above and beyond on multiple occasions and really supported us through this stressful time.. and fixed / managed our snag list promptly and we couldn’t be happier with the results

I needed a couple of touch ups on the house when I moved in which Keepmoat sorted straight away. Cat, who came to do the job, was lovely and did a wonderful job. Thank you so much.

Andrejus attended my home to carry out repairs. His work was very professional, very neat and tidy and explained everything thoroughly in confidence.
Very polite and friendly. He ensured that all repair work was carried out professionally and to top standards. I had regrout and resealing done in the shower cubicle, the finished work was amazing, very neat. I also had 2 door handles that were not catching and he fixed those too. He also stabilised 2 man holes in the garden which were unsafe due to incorrect screws originally used. These are now safe and secure. Also gave me advice on adding some top soil to bring the ground to cover level. Absolute top bloke, went above and beyond. Thank you very much!!

Keepmoat technician Andrejus was very brilliant in my home, he was sent do what seemed to be a minor repainting around my extractor fan but he scrapped the walls and did a marvelous job in my bathroom. I will surely recommend him.

I have a very bad review regarding customer services and we have gone through a very difficult time after we bought the house in Beckhill Sheffield in 2025 due to water leak into the house , taking too long to get a response , very poor customer care services. Still more pending jobs . Last few weeks, we were trying to contact , but nothing is being done yet . Going to request for further help , when builders are not taking care . I am a very un happy customer

I just had a visit from James who was so proffesional and polite. He fixed the cracked panel so fast and nicely he was also kind to help and fix few other problems within the house and he checked the back and front door and also repaired this too. James did thighten up with the drill few other issues I had in the house. He did all of this in less than an hour and was very helpful with advice. I was plesantly surpised how proffesional, tidy and fast this young man is. He did an amazing job and helped me fixed other things I couldn't do it myself as I dont have a drill. Thank you.

We are just about to complete on our purchase at Moorgate Boulevard. Our purchase from start to finish has been overseen by Michelle. She has made the whole process run smoothly.
