I went to Disney land Paris with my mum and sister Thankyou to Paul at one world travels, I have autism and was very hesitant on doing it but Paul supported me really well and the holiday was amazing and now I’m back home I’ve booked my holiday for next year with them. ☺️ 100% recommend.

My experience with this company has been nothing short of exceptional - and this is mainly down to the service provided by Richard (Declan) who has been excellent, very efficient and nails the brief every time. Highly recommend and One World Travels & Tours have a brilliant team member in Richard.

Staff failed to inform me that UK needs ETA and for that reason I got offloaded at Los Angeles Airport. So, we informed the agency and the agency did not explained to me that it need to be rebooked within 24 hours, if not, it wont be refunded. So, I lost the fare around $ 700 and purchase another ticket for $900. Never again will deal with oneworldlakbay agency.

A big thank you to LIANNE who assisted me in my inquiry. It was a last minute inquiry and she's about to end up her shift but she stays a bit longer (overtime) just to accommodate me. She managed to give me a qoute but I'm just too picky in airlines, she has a very long patience just to find an airlines that suits what I wanted. She's so quick to find other airlines & she's so good in giving me some advice for the best route to travel, that has not longer waiting time before the next flight. I did not decide by that time though she gave me choices already. Then the following day, she made an effort to make a follow up on my inquiries, though I did not reply asap, she still keep in touch to remind me. I salute u Liane...

I’m a bit hesitant at first, but due to the pursuance and support of Ms. Liane I finally get a go and asked for flight details.
She assisted us with much patience, giving details and updating flights options furthermore she did a great job on getting the best service possible. Very happy with the service and results. I have recently been made aware of this company by a relative. OWT group trades under many names, one being Sky Travel.

I have checked out the parent company via Companies House & the trade organisations they purport to be registered with. They are a micro business with 1 director, have limited funds and no employees. Additionally, there is no record of them being registered with any travel organisations. I have also checked with the payment methods Klarna & Clearpay and neither of these methods can be used.

The problem with this company started when a family holiday was booked to Disneyland Paris. Monthly payments were arranged which have been paid up until an issue arose with a member of the party which meant that they could not travel. Sky Travel at this point said they could not amend the booking unless it was very soon after the cancellation and would not refund any of the payments made. At this point it was found that no booking confirmation had ever been sent, with the excuse that it would be issued nearer the date of travel. The only proof of any payments being made are on headed paper with no address for the company.

This issue has been raised with the bank from which payments have been made, but as there is no proof of booking they will not refund any money.

This matter has been referred to Action Fraud and Citizens Advice.

I have looked at reviews of this company, if you actually read them it appears all they talk about is the booking process. I can find very little on anyone actually taking and completing a trip. The only one I did find had masses of problems, including missing tickets and deposits being required by the hotel.

I have noticed that the vast majority of the reviews are not actually for this company. They are for another One World Travel based in the Philippines. The UK company is benefitting from the service provided by a company based thousands of miles away. The absolute cheek!

Make of this what you will, but in my opinion you need to be very very careful if you are considering using this company.

Richard has been an absolute diamond giving me all the information and even messaging me back after I asked for a different amount of time if you need anything or any information about a holiday ask for Richard thank you so much

This company is awful and nothing but a headache to deal with! They split with a second company who we booked with and are withholding my money after I asked for a refund. I put a dispute in with the banks to receive my money back. I was worried about the whole situation paying and not receiving receipts, updated balance or booking confirmation after I have paid over £2300. When questioning them they also were telling me I had paid over £1000 less than I had. I had to screen shot bank statements to prove what I had paid 🤔 clearly that is not right! They emailed me back after I had brought this to OWT 's attention to receive an email saying they have took the booking from the other company and I'm to pay them, so I asked for a refund because it all seemed very strange and unprofessional and received an email to say drop the dispute and you will receive your money between 7 to 10 working days. I did this after being advised not to and after I did this I have received nothing. I emailed them constantly asking for updates and have been ignored on 3 different email addresses including max the manager and the CEO of the company which is disgusting! I have been in contact with the partner company I originally booked with and they said a supervisor will call me within 24 hours I've had no call suprise surprise, yet if you enquire about a holiday they respond in seconds! Absolute joke! Quick enough to take your money but provide no service then ignore you when you ask for your money back and they have the cheek to say they will keep the deposit after not providing you with a service you paid for I strongly advise avoiding owt there is no duty of care whatsoever. Please please please do not use this company. The stress it is causing myself and my wife is awful.

She is very patient and she knows her job very well she help me a lot to find me a cheapest ticket alongside with how much budget that I could possibly afford. Thank you very much Godbless you always!
