SCAM SACM SCAM DONT BUY IT FALSE LINKS MY BANK TOOK CARE OF IT CALL YOUR BANK RIGHT AWAY !!!!!!

they sent me the wrong pdf college textbook and refused to give me a refund. they said it was because of COVID which makes no sense because everything was supposed to occur online. They argued with me that it was the correct pdf. I ordered child development text and they sent me greek mythology which makes no sense. It sounds like I was talking to a preteen. They emailed me using text language and uncommon grammatical errors.

This place is awful. They sent me a pdf that doesn’t work and won’t refund me money. DONT BUY

SCAM, doesn't exit, Korean fraudulent company that just steals students their money. I had to cancel my credit card after purchase. DON'T DO IT!

I ordered a downloadable book from Oxoque and the receipt arrived (from a Korean email address) within minutes, but the book did not arrive in the promised time (from 5 minutes to 6 hours.) When I attempted to email Oxoque from the "contact us" website email link, the email would not go though and I repeatedly received the following message: "There was an error in trying to send your message. Please try again later." I then immediately cancelled the credit card.

UPDATE: The following day I received an email that someone attempted to use the same credit card to make a small purchase on Amazon ($2.34) on the same day I made the original downloadable book purchase. Fortunately, the credit card company flagged it and declined it! So glad I had cancelled the card within a few hours after my Oxoque "purchase". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY ARE ATTEMPTING TO USE YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR OTHER PURCHASES!!!!!

Do not buy anything here, it scam! I ordered book and they should download it to my email and now has week and I don’t see the confirmation email for my receipt or the book, I also was hard to found them again, and I just google it again to find this website to try contact them about my issues, they took the money and nothing showed up for me.
Be careful don’t use it

Oxoque review:
Very bad people and service. Ordered a pdf version of Workbook for a textbook but they sent textbook. I emailed them explaining that I have ordered Workbook not textbook. They sent me link to download textbook again. I emailed them showing screenshots of Workbook from their website which I ordered. After several hours they got back apologizing for mistake and promised to send correct book. They also promised to refund if they can’t send correct book within 24 hours. After about 30 hours I emailed them and they sent me same wrong book and asked me to read their policy regarding refund. Beware of these scammers!! Don’t waste your money like I did.
