I ordered dresses from Oxredo but what I got looked nothing like the pictures cheap and totally different items .I was told I’d get a refund after returning them, but it’s been 5 months and still nothing. Terrible service, no response, and feels like a scam actually they’re scammers Avoid this company

This is a fraud company. I ordered 3 dresses but I received different dresses.

What a CON.

After waiting nearly a month, this TINY box arrived measuring about 2” x 2”.

Inside was a “pot”. When I opened it, it was Half EMPTY. Nearly £25.00 for this! I haven’t tried it yet, it’s so precious I’m waiting for a special occasion. I would imagine there’s enough for three days. Must make the most of it!

Oh, and the “special gift”? A key ring. I will treasure it and keep it as a reminder not to be an idiot in the future.

Absolutely ridiculous and crap they sell. The pictures are nothing like the clothes; they’re using someone else’s pictures. They’re based in china and have very crap and cheap quality copy of what they advertise. Pictures are stolen.

Scammer, don’t ever order from them. All these dresses are not even exist

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTE TRASH! I found the original company whose work they stole and passed off as their own. Its insane. Dont purchase from them! They provide fakes clothes for the price of a real outfit!

I am reporting a scam and I am extremely frustrated and angry with this company. Fifteen days ago, I placed an order to be shipped to Massachusetts, but I keep receiving undeliverable emails every time I inquire about an update or tracking information for my order. How can an e-commerce company operate in this manner? This is unethical, and I refuse to tolerate it. To this day, no one from customer service has provided me with an estimated arrival time for my order. I am mkeylida and I demand a resolution and expedited delivery of my order or refund .

Fake company, sent complete different clothes to what they advertise. Then they say you pay return charges to china or take 20% for rubbish bed clothes instead of fancy asian clothes. Fake fake fake!! Don’t waste your time!

The worst experience ever!! total fraud. What they display on their instagram and website has nothing to do with what they send , the quality is less than poor more like horrible. Their customer service is disastrous, imagine after i have sent them tons of emails they offered 10% refund plus i have to pay for the shipping costs for returning the items !!! they refused to return the items and refund me the entire amount. Please beware of this fraudulent website

I bought three dresses and waited two weeks to receive three plastic, dresses that doesn’t even match the picture or even is similar to the dress. I hope no one ever buys anything from this app. I literally paid 750 to receive plastic dresses.

Please please DO NOT BUY anything from them. I order 3 beautiful kaftans and a month later I got something totally different unwearable item. I will be exposing them on social media if they don’t respond to my concerns.

This doesn't even deserve one star, firstly due to the poor quality of their products, which are very bad, and secondly due to their poor policies, exploitation of customers, and bad logistical services. They delay the shipment from their premises and hold the customer responsible for all their mistakes. I have never dealt with a store this bad, exploitative, and dishonest before. Even the products that arrived were completely different from what I selected. I hope this store gets shut down due to its fraudulent practices against customers, and I wish them all the worst and huge losses.

Scammers for sure I had ordered three iteams and there is no way to reach out to them and when I received my package there are totally different from what I ordered the material is the cheapest and dose not look like anything from the website . They are scammers and just send u any garbage to make it look like they sent u something.
