I had a terrible experience with this online shop. I ordered two clothing items, and what I received was nothing like the images on their website. The quality was extremely poor, and the packaging was awful. It felt like I had been completely misled by their product photos.

When I reached out to request a return and refund, they told me that I had to cover the return shipping costs—which turned out to be higher than the price of the items themselves! This is a clear scam tactic to discourage customers from returning their defective products.

I strongly advise against buying from this store. They are misleading customers with false advertising and have terrible customer service. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

I made my purchase, but i didn’t receive any notification via email or even sms that is confirmed
Moreover i still didn’t receive it although it mentioned i. The website that the delivery is on 24 March 2025

They never respond to messages, they have no email or contact details to follow up with they or raise any issue. They disabled option to put comments on their instagram page and they don't respond to private message in their inbox. I was unable to follow up on my order. don't think I will deal with them again.

This website is a scam. They steal local Qatari, Emarati etc designers brand pictures and sell the dresses for a really cheap price(ofc you won’t get the real deal). Don’t buy from them. I follow the real accounts and the prices are not the same lol.

Everything was just very beautiful and looks amazing and the checkout was very simple and outgoing.

Its a spam be careful dont buy into it i curse them everyday for stealing my money
