Salesman Chris: Awesome comms, prompt inspection and provision of quote, great follow-up to answer questions pre-installation and review post-install. Did not try to over or undersell and agreed to location which would not incur extra costs, which made it so much easier for dealing with landlord.
Customer Service Team: Awesome, calls were always answered or returned promptly, twice we were offered earlier dates for install and no question was ever a problem.
Installation Technicians: These guys were busy as, but super professional and made the whole process simple. On time, right gear and just got into it. Gave an overview of how to use the units and installation was clean and tidy. Superb.

Can't fault any part of the process, highly recommended.

Very pleased with the HeatPump install. I had some specific needs with the install which were no issue for them to meet.
Brent provided I great option that suited out needs, the communication by Brent and the staff was great. the installer was friendly and did a great and tidy job. very happy with the result.

We had an heat pump installed today, and the whole experience was outstanding. Firstly, the young installer Steven McKinney, was the most pleasant and professional person I have met in a long time, he is a credit to the company. He made the whole process seamless, from his no mess at all, and when the job was done, he spent time with me making sure I understood the remote and it's functions. It honestly just started with getting a phone call back (so many companies did not) whether that was time of year I don’t know but you phoned back.

Ophelia (sorry if I got the name wrong) honestly was the closest thing I know to an angel. She listened and assured me everything is ok. I don’t really know how she did it but she had someone at my house that day and installation within 3 days.

My beautiful daughter of 7 months had her room go from 24-25 during the day and just hoping it would lower for night to being able to sleep in comfort at any time.

You honestly have changed all of our lives.

The installers we very curtious, arrived on time, worked extremely tidy and quickly. Installation was followed by the sparky who arrived on time to do the electrical COC.

We recently had a heat pump installed and were extremely happy with the whole process. The Oxygen Air representative, Chris Rushton, with whom we dealt, was wonderful. He went through the options available and advised us of the best option for our house. The installation was quick, tidy and on time, and all for a very competitive price. Chris Rushton, as Oxygen Air's sales rep for our area, came recommended to us by our daughter who had had a heat pump installed just before us. I have already recommended Oxygen Air and Chris to other people who are looking to get a heat pump. Top marks to Chris and Oxygen Air!

Chris Rushton has now been involved with three installations for my company, Bruyere Ltd.
Two, ducted systems and one Hi-wall.
The installations were a no fuss job with qualified trades persons giving me peace of mind for a quality job.

I totally recommend Oxygen Air. Their salesman Chris was excellent in understanding our needs and coming up with a solution to meet them. The installation team, from Jeremy coming to visit the site for the scoping visit to the team that installed the kit were professional and slick. They installed the equipment exactly as discussed and promised and did so with great efficiency. We are very happy with the Fujitsu system and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Oxygen Air.

I was initially not satisfied with the install. The conduit routing to the power source was mounted high up on my weatherboards; I would have preferred it to be below the weatherboard section and routed under the house. One of my weatherboards had been split because presumably the installer did not drill a pilot hole for a screw. I placed a bad review. The owner of the co contacted me the same day and visited me soon after. He was very concerned and promised to rectify all issues. The routing has been promptly changed and the split filled, the painter is attending tomorrow.

We used this company to install a ventilatition system in our home a couple of years ago we were so impressed by their professionalism and service that we used them again to install a Fujitsu heat pump, again we received a prompt and thoroughly professional service. Last week an elderly relative decided to get a heatpump installed. We had no hesitation in recommending Oxygen Air and a Fujitsu heatpump was promptly installed in his home. From the quote to the install we could not fault this company.

Brianna's response to my email request was friendly, quick and efficient. She sent a consultant round on the next working day at 6:30pm because I was working that day. The consultant was very patient and explained everything clearly. I was delighted with his suggestion as to where the heat pump should go, giving me maximum airflow to heat the whole unit. I was then given a quick installation date at 8:00am on the day I asked for. Monish and Rajan were very pleasant and did the installation efficiently and neatly. The electrician went out of his way to run the cable through the roof, as I requested. I am so pleased with my Heat Pump, and cannot believe I got it at such a good price and that it was installed with such professionalism. Now the weather has turned cold, I'm snug as a bug, and I don't need a rug. Oxygen Air is a breath of fresh air, literally and metaphorically!

We had sold our home and were 12 days from moving when our 6 year old heat pump broke down requiring a new unit. Brent came in promptly, reviewed the situation and chose a relacement [not the same brand!] that would fit almost perfectly over the existing measurements using the existing pipework. Due to a cancellation this was installed six days later. We are elated and wish to thank the OxyAir team for their professionalism, prompt action and a job very well done. Thanks to all involved.

From talking to Brianna who listened and was able to accommodate and work around my schedule,to Brent who assessed my home and provided solid advice and to Farish who installed the unit.
They all deserve a pay rise-You would not like to lose good employees such as these people
