False advertising and zero support
I cannot connect to Optus Sport using their VPN despite them advertising this. They also have only one Australian server available when I connect despite alluding to there being more than one in their FAQ.
I detest having my time wasted like this. I've asked for a refund yet after three days my email remains unanswered. Neither did they provide any receipt of payment so I can't provide an "invoice number".

Got this VPN to sign up for a few services back home. That’s done and since then I’m still using it on my phone and laptop for streaming. Sometimes you have to switch servers o get better speed but otherwise it's great.

Decent VPN service for the price but it…
Decent VPN service for the price but it needs to cover more locations internationally and add servers in the LATAM region. I'm running it via openvpn on my PC and on my brother's rooted Android for a few months now. We both access locally blocked sites pretty easily.

Uncontactable support and unusable service
Offered Lifetime VPN. Payed $39.99. As soon as I install android app, it doesn't work. Says handshake failed. Support replied to my inquiry before purchase but choose to ignore my emails about this problem since 23rd February.
When you log on on a pc, you are given options for what platform or os you want to use, but there is no way to open a ticket with support. Chat button does not work on 2 browsers pc and phone and the support emails are ignored after they have been paid
Horrible experience.
And notice how the response made no effort to resolve the problem.

Could not get it to connect
Tried on two different Win10 computers. could not connect to any servers on either. Support had no solution other than to refund. Waiting 3-5 days for money back now. The "lifetime" price looked too good to be true.

According to our refund policy, all refunds are cleared within 24-48 hours of request, and repayments are sent to the merchant, from where delays might occur sometimes. Moreover, a refund is triggered after establishing the best solution on a case-by-case basis in conjunction with the customer.

I am raising stars from 2 to 3, because I got non templated answer, at first.
Secondly, windows app works, I can connect. When I start OysterVPN software, I can use default windows VPN client, which I really like. As I mentioned, when routers config will be ready, I will raise review stars to 5 :)

I needed a bit more advanced setup - vpn on router. Sadly, but had an awful experience.
When I login, click "OTHER DEVICES" and then click on any link - it does NOT open. Shows progress at the top, but site never loads. Tried couple of days with different browsers - the same issue. So, I cannot get any instructions of setup.
If you go to applications - only first few links works, all other are just icons, leading nowhere. Why to display them, then??
IN support section, found how to configure router:

Well, they does not provide that configuration.
Found servers list in support section. IPSEC, OPENCONNECT sections are empty. Why show them at all, then ??
At the top, where you show "my" ip, I see:
Your IP: 52.167.xx.xx • ISP: Microsoft Corporation • Your Status: Unprotected
Really ???
On servers list page, "my" ip is suddenly other:
Your IP: 44.241.xx.xx • ISP: Amazon.Com, Inc. • Your Status: Unprotected
Wrong, my IP is completely different.
Then....
"The complete list of OysterVPN’s server addresses for manual setup can be found here."
Where??? Nothing is clickable on this text.
So basically, I cannot use VPN on routers. There are no config files, and of course, certificates, that are needed for openvpn protocol.
And you know what? After writing review I found, router support is "coming soon". So basically, I was tricked by your affiliates to signup, not knowing, that routers VPN are not supported yet, but "coming soon".
As soon as it is supported AND works, I will change review. People hate "coming soon", you know.
I don't like writing negative reviews, really.
But guys.... put a bit more effort.

It was slow at first but now working well
Using OysterVPN was slow in the beginning but now the customer support has resolved the latency issue and it is working smoothly. I have used their service in countries and have tested their streaming servers as well.

Need to work on some features
I countered some streaming issues but their support team helped me resolve errors to some extent. Overall, it is a moderate experience. They need to improve some features and extend their server limit.
