Total scam
Total scam. Ordered RAT's in January. No confirmation email and no contact. I emailed regarding my order a month later and no reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Awful company
Awful company. Order posted more than a month after promised.
Doesnt answer phone calls or reply to emails but will happily take your money. I'll never buy from them again.
Edit: I could forgive the fact that it took you so long to post them give the situation, the issue is that you couldnt be assed responding to peoples enquiries, or even mass advising everyone there has been a delay in processing.

Total scam, takes your money, does not fill orders, does not reply to emails!
Edit: Apparently not a scam. Still waiting for the order that has apparently been sent. Might finally receive it now it is no longer needed, only two months late hey! Funny how nobody returns your emails until you start leaving 1 star reviews!

Extremely disappointed with lack of service
Extremely disappointed with lack of service by this company to deliver RAT placed on 4th January.
I have had 2 emails from the company stating delays due to staff absences, and , still no delivery of RAT in a timely manner.
Do not do online business with this company as they are not yet in a position to honour their delivery claims, despite taking money for RATs

Incompetent online store
Incompetent, unprepared and not setup with the appropriate fulfilment and customer support processes to meet surging online demand. 5 weeks and can’t even tell me where my order is let alone receiving an accurate response to my countless emails and texts. They had no issue with taking my money at the point of receiving my order. Would not recommend. Avoid.

Nothing supplied after near a month
Nothing supplied after near a month.
Ordered 8/1/22, no tracking or shipping info.
No answer on phone or email.
Email on 21/1 saying sorry delayed due to Covid and would be delivered any day. Nothing as of 3/2/101. Refund request via PayPal.
22/2 update. We received a refund via PayPal. Sorry but the response from Oz Medical does not address why they continued to advertise stock availability when clearly they had none or could not meet the delivery demands. It takes 2 minutes to update a web site with a sold out or temporary unavailable notice. For at least a week after our order the site was still listing test available for order with no mention of extended lead times.

Ordered 6/1/22 with website saying…
Ordered 6/1/22 with website saying shipping within 5 days. Weeks later tried to contact via email, website email (no response), landline (not connected), mobile (message bank full) multiple times. Only started seeing 'delivery' activity after I contacted PayPal for refund who followed up for me. Product finally arrived 3/02/22. Not recommended.

Finally received my order but only after lodging complaint via Paypal. It could of been avoided if only the company would respond to phone calls and emails.
23 Feb, further to Oz Medical response to my review. I did not receive a refund whatsoever, I received my order only after dispute lodged with Paypal, once they were informed that I had received my items dispute claim was closed. Thank you

100% scam website. Same as everyone else here, bought RAT's January 7 (said it was in stock), paid for express shipping. Never received it, no replies to emails or calls following up. Complete scumbags taking peoples money during a pandemic and with false advertising.
