Amazing roof rack system. A must for anyone looking to install roof racks on a van with low gutters and a high roof. Ozroofracks offer a superior product to everything else on the market and at a fairly comparable price. After a fair bit of research, I feel confident saying that Pedro offers what is easily the best option for numerous van types that require custom racking systems. We have a 2000 Toyota HiAce commuter and I have seen a variety of hand made/ customised roof rack systems getting around. Most of these look cheap and or flimsy, but the ozroofracks we bought are rock solid and they have a sleek and professional design. Pedro not only offers an amazing product, but he is also extremely helpful and clearly passionate about his product. could not recommend any higher. Thanks Pedro!

Return customer, great service, and attention

Can't really give a good rating as after 10days since ordering the parcel looks like lost somewhere with lack of updates even after contacting the selling company and the courier.
Called again the courier today and after 1hr wait on the phone they said they will email an update, nothing yet.
I would expect this kind of assistance for a cheap product.
To be clear, it is seller's duty to chase the courier not the buyer's hence the 2stars.

exactly what i needed and something nobody else offered

I paid over $1200 for high mount roof rack brackets and just over a year in the powder coating is falling off exposing the rust underneath. Then i email him about the issue and get told that its normal and they require maintenance which is bullshit!

Great and fast communication even after hours and to help order more to make it all one order. As I am a night shift worker

My racks were on the van for a year and the powercoating is peeling off and the racks are rusting as it seems no primer was used under the powdercoating. also, insufficient gutter protection provided, and they have damaged the paint on my car's freshly painted gutters. now ive got to get the racks sandblasted and painted properly with enamel and my car gutters repainted. pretty disappointing . Will also buy some extra channel rubber to cover all bits hitting the vans gutters before they are reinstalled.

I purchased 10 brackets for my Toyota coaster. On first arrival and install thought the brackets were great, just what I wanted!
Not even a year on and the paint has faded, flaked off and is now starting to severely rust. Extremely disappointing for what you pay.
Upon email communication with ozroofracks ceo, Pedro Martin. I was told that this was due to a lack of maintenance on my behalf and was told nobody would warrant a paint coating on steel.
As someone who’s worked in construction for many years I can tell you that this is a major cop out and a massive evasion of any responsibility or accountability from the company, industrial roof coatings for steel come with a 15 year warranty, other steel powder coated products come with a warranty, I put it down to poor preparation work or a poor quality paint being used.
The bus that these were fitted to and the roof racks themselves get washed monthly and are nowhere near the vicinity of salt water for anywhere near long enough to cause paint or steel corrosion.
I was offered to return them for a repaint, however, I was to front the bill of return and redelivery, and then to receive the same brackets returned to me with a new assumably poor quality paint job and no guarantee of the rust being 100% gone.

We had a brilliant experience with Ozroofracks! I would really recommend looking at their roof rack products.

I called them up to discuss the rack options for our high roof Toyota Hiace Commuter (2003) and talked to Pedro about the various options and what would be best for our vehicle.
We drove up to collect the racks (as we were relatively nearby) and Pedro gave a large part of his afternoon to discussing the various options, showing us how to install them and discussing everything related to a Hiace camper setup! The roof legs/bars product is really well designed and once we saw them in person it’s clear that they are very well built and much sturdier than other options that we looked at. Pedro has clearly spent a lot of time developing the product, getting it properly tested and know the ins and outs of everything related.
After what was a fantastic pickup and customer service we went to drive off and I ended up snapping my van key in the side door. We had only picked up the van that morning and so only had the single key. Pedro saved the day and arranged for a friend to come and pick us up and help us get new keys cut at a local locksmith and make sure that we were able to get on our way. Everyone at Ozroofracks was so friendly and helpful (including the local community that helped with the keys!).
Could not recommend them more and the racks so far have been brilliant and really look good on the van.

Incredibly helpful and prompt. Great knowledge about products. Would recommend this company to everyone looking for roof rack and other accessories.
