Scammers
Scammers. These guys are biggest scammers. I bought Huawei pura X max. They sold a China model with faulty hardware. When asked to replace, they kept obtained for months and now denying refund saying date lapsed. Someone from their team logged in using their email and phone and locked my phone and now it's unusable. They are saying it's not a number they know. These guys are biggest scammers and cheats. I sent them the phone to help me change it to English language, someone from their side, bricked the phone and now my phone is unusable. After 3 months of no resolution, I got pissed off and shouted at them. Dont buy from these scammers. Worst part is, they fooled even BigW Marketplace support team. They took some other phone, logged in via their Email and showed that my phone is locked and cannot be acessed. They sent back my phone and I was able to login and record all the faults. These guys are one of the best scammers, who even fooled the BigW - Kudos to their scam team. Happy to upload all of their shady work and videos

Slow but got the goods
My order was placed on 26 May and with no updates, I followed up on 10 Jun and they replied on 11 Jun. Then my order was shipped on 19 Jun and the phone arrived on 22 Jun. It took almost a month but finally, I got my phone. More timely updates on the order would make this 4 stars and not left me wondering. Thank you that the phone came.

Easy to deal with, got the phone i ordered, only thing is the charger was an international one, so had to go buy one that works in Australia

Absolutely loving my new Xiaomi 17 Ultra and the whole buying experience was fantastic from start to finish. The communication was quick and professional, the phone arrived exactly as described, well packaged, and in perfect condition. Delivery was faster than expected and they were happy to answer all my questions before purchase.
It’s hard to find sellers that genuinely care about customer service these days, but these guys went above and beyond. I would happily buy from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy place to buy a phone. 5 stars all the way!

bribes customers to leave positive reviews offering extended warranty for leaving a positive review, these people are scammers that do not honor warranty at all so they are giving an additional month of NOTHING !

Great and trusty seller. I ordered a Vivo X300 by accident while meaning to get the Pro version. The seller kindly rang me up to ensure the order and he then corrected the order on the spot. The shipping was fast and secure. I'd buy from this seller again in the future.

Good experience buying a phone from this company. Had a small issue with the payment method not being accepted at first, but was resolved quickly and was given a small discount for the inconvenience. Overall good experience.

Good price, but bad service. They do not follow through with what they say, beside the automated service, everything else sucks. So just order, mostly certainly get what you want, but if something goes wrong dont bet on refunds, discounts, returns, etc., etc.
