Great product and fairly quick delivery. Price point was great too.

Ordering was easy, pricing was great. Delivery did take a while, but that was only because it had to go through Aramex and Aramex Regional.

First time customer. I bought a range of yak milk chews for my dogs. Good prices so I bought a few, especially to offset the postage cost. My dogs absolutely love these and the ones I bought were a good size for smaller dogs. Others I have bought from other pet product companies have been very large, impossible to cut in half (I have even resorted to trying to saw one in half!!), so finding smaller options was a good find for me.

As an aside, some stores offer a discount for signing up for ongoing marketing, although there was a brief pop up window or message flash across the screen, and I entered my email address, no code was sent through for me to use with this first order. It would have been a nice touch to have received this, particularly as there are now almost a flood of pet product companies online now, and many do offer this. I know because I have bought from more than 20 different online pet product companies! If I had of been able to find the same products at comparable prices elsewhere, and with a discount coupon, they were cheaper, I would have gone with that option rather than PetRoom.

In these tough times, every cent counts for me as a customer.

I’m giving a 1 star review because with my first purchase, after submitting my email address, I went to use the WELCOME10 discount code to my order, however an automated message came up saying it wasn’t valid for my order. So I called PetRoom to enquire why I couldn’t use it, and was told that the discount of 10% only applied to the first order over $100. However, this is not stated anywhere on their website that I can find and certainly should be made clear to potential customers.

For this reason, I give a 1 star. Don’t give false promises to customers in your advertising! I’m very annoyed by this duplicity.
