Long term customer now reassured
Now updated. This morning I received a call from a lovely person. She was incredibly sorry this had happened and they are sending out a replacement. One very happy customer now 😍
Below is my original review
I have been a customer of Paddy and Scott’s for years and until now I have received fantastic service as well as coffee from them. Sadly this time has left me feeling a little disappointed. When my order arrived I found that one of the packets had not been fully sealed allowing air in and coffee to leak all over the box. I contacted them on 30th May and still haven’t received a response. This is not the service that I had expected from them ☹️

After a very nice lady rang to explain that there were indeed issues with the bags themselves. The issue is going to be resolved. I love these coffee bags and I have donated a box to church. Which was very welcomed.

Amazing coffee. Tried the coffee bags when my husband brought some home from a hotel and I immediately ordered some more. So good, perfect coffee to have at my allotment.
