Good site, I like the wheel but the only 2 rewards (Amazon/Paypal)… wish there were more gift cards

Paid Product Testing has been a great experience for me. The surveys are genuinely short and easy to complete, which makes it simple to fit them into my day. Because everything is so quick, the rewards come through faster too. It’s a really smooth, efficient platform and I’ve been very happy with how straightforward it all is.

I been using this app for quite awhile and for the last 4/5 weeks I’ve not been able to log into my account. I have tried countless emails and messaging and I have not been able to contact the company and I don’t understand why this has happened it keeps asking for an authentication code. 

It has great surveys and product testing, also very easy to use.

Easy to follow surveys, can exchange points for vouchers or paypal transfers. The chance to participate in product testing is good too

Amazing great to use no faults at all

My experience with Product Testing UK has been positive overall. I found the registration process simple, and the platform is easy to navigate. I like that there are opportunities to apply for different product tests across a range of categories, and the instructions are generally clear.

I enjoy the chance to test products that I might not normally buy and then provide honest, detailed feedback based on my experience. It feels rewarding to know that my opinions can help companies improve their products before they reach more customers.

Although not every application is successful, I understand that testers are selected based on the requirements of each campaign. Overall, I think Product Testing UK offers an enjoyable way to discover new products, share genuine feedback, and potentially earn rewards for taking part.

Good surveys and pays out, chances for other rewards too

I’m not happy at all. Months ago I qualified for a ai based survey and I completed it, they asked for my PayPal and I gave it for the sum of £40. Paid product testing keep fobbing me off and customer service Nicholas said he would let me know when there is an update. They are actively ignoring me now. I am so so annoyed it’s so rude and a massive lie and scam! There has also been instances where I do a survey and they don’t give me the points stating someone else in my house hold has done the survey as well when I am the only one who does surveys in my household.

Get back to me regarding my money paid product testing

15th June 2026 on I would have liked to given 5 stars as got a product to test, but every time I click the email link it takes me to app but no review area. I’ve asked for over a week did get a reply but has now stopped, I wanted to give review as had some good and bad points on the product. I’ve asked many many times have given up so hoping this will get seen and get them to reply. Not sure if this problem will stop me now getting more items in the future.

A great way of earning extra money. Very easy to use with a good variety of surveys.

Great site to earn small rewards, depending on how long you have to complete the surveys but nothing hard and easy to do if you have a few mins to spare. Cant fault it

It would have been zero stars if possible. It's obviously a stupid 🐄 💩 scam and these good reviews are all FAKE. You NEVER qualify for a survey, even if you're perfectly matched. It would take 20 years to collect the 20,000 points just for a £10 credit or Amazon voucher. Communication is non existent. They can keep their stupid surveys and shove them where the sun doesn't shine.

*EDIT: Following many messages and persistence I managed to get the points I was due, so I have amended my rating to reflect that outcome. However, had I not persevered I'm certain I wouldn't have got anything.*

Shame, this used to be a great little app/website but lately there is nothing but problems. I wouldn't mind if it was possible to resolve these, or if anyone ever replied to a message, but they don't despite promises of getting back to you within 24 hours. It's been days since I messaged about filling in a survey and not getting points for it. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Once I get the next payout I'm not going to continue using it, it's simply not worth the bother any more.

Have just started using the site again after a few years and can see positive changes, including more chances to build points for rewards.

Easy to use and very good for the rewards. I trust it every time.
