Ive finished 2 of the 80 color painting ready to start on no 3 .I love them paints are nice not thick and clumpy.i love how they do not come all folded up.sizes are great...

The kits are amazing and turn out beautifully. The custom of my cat looks exactly like my cat-perfect coloring. I only wish I could post pictures to show them off.

Great quality canvas! Had a photo converted to paint by number 16x20 of a golden retriever, it was so life like. 80 colored paints gave it superior definition. Was a gift for friend, he said best gift ever! Great fun to paint and I’m very proud and pleased with the results. This is a great company to order from!

My canvas arrived in perfect condition. The paints are smooth, and provide excellent coverage. The canvas is real (not plastic), and the numbers are easy to read. What more could you want from a pbn?!

Unfortunately, the diamond piece is ordered was blurry, like it was printed twice. I have gotten better from Temu.

Excellent paint. Their framing is also solidly done.

My first order from Paintly was badly creased. I contacted thru email....at least I thought I did. Turns out I somehow sent said email through my backup iCloud email address. I still don't know how that mix-up happened, but when I saw the attempts from Paintly to contact me......they had already given up (I don't blame them) and sent new canvas and brushes. Happy Ending and Thank you

My experience with this paint‑by‑number kit has been wonderful so far. It’s officially my second‑favorite brand to buy from.My kit arrived missing two paint colors, but the service team was incredibly helpful and had the replacements sent out within a week. The paints themselves are great quality, and the pods they use are much nicer than the typical ones you get with other kits.My only concern is that a few pods came half full, so I’m hoping there will be enough paint for those sections. The kit also didn’t include a PDF reference sheet, which makes touch‑ups a little tricky — I’ve been using photos of my canvas instead. Not a huge issue, just something to note.Overall, it’s absolutely worth the purchase, and I already have my next kit from this company picked out.

First, I'm glad I found this particular painting. Usually when ordering a PaintbyNumbers kit it will take a few weeks to get here, thanks to overseas customs. Not so with Paintly. I'm not sure where these kits are made but it's only took a few days.
Upon recieving the kit I noticed something was missing. The reference guide. I always use this sheet to refer to when doing blending or touchup of cells when I forgot what number it was.
I emailed the support team about the missing reference sheet to which they sent me a PDF which was much better than the sheet. With the PDF I can zoom in for a much better look.
I have high regards to Paintly and their support team for a great experience. Now I have to find more wall space........

Have now completed 3 of the 8 pieces bought from Paintlykits. Extremely happy with all from canvas quality, paint quality and most of all no creases to deal with, also packaged well.

Excellent customer service ( I ordered the paint by numbers instead of diamond art) it was rectified straight away. The canvas is amazing. Colours match the chart exactly, no smudging. Thank you Paintly

I ordered an 80 color 20 x 24 inch canvas. 10/10 on canvas quality. 8/10 on paint quality. Teals/yellows were a little thin. I added artist acrylics to thicken it up. The detail is fantastic. I'm around 70% complete and loving it. Shipping took about 7 days.

The diamond art that I ordered from Paintly was received in perfect condition. All of the items were packaged carefully and I found it easy to begin the project immediately. I really loved everything from the packaging to the shipping and I love the finished product!

Delivery was fairly quick, products are good quality for the price, they do custom photos & AI generated ideas. I have done so many custom & AI generated because of all the Care Bear ideas I've been coming up with. Along with screenshots from Facebook. Customer service is wonderful also. They actually respond in a decent time frame. No waiting 4 days for a response. I've ordered from 4 different places & Paintly is my favorite of the 4. Mine have all been diamond painting.
