I love painting the designs offered by Paintlykits. The kit was great with smooth canvas and creamy paints with very little transparency to deal with. I can't recommend Paintlykits highly enough!!

The order shipped but was lost in transit. Customer service was very responsive at first but then stopped responding. Item has been lost since July 24. I have sent multiple emails and even a text and have heard nothing else.

I love Paintly Kits. The diamond paintings are very good quality and the customer service is superb! One of my favorite companies!

These kits from Paintly are by far the best I have done so far. I’m 3/4 though the first one and absolutely thrilled at how it’s turning out. The colours are are bright, the symbols are clear and easy to read. The canvas itself is bog fantastic quality and sits flat. No creases or folds. And the picture is amazingly detailed even after the drills are applied. The drills are shiny and sit on the canvas beautifully. I have 3 more of these from Paintly to do after this one and can’t wait to see them completed. The kits are affordable even in Australian dollars. I will be getting more of these.

I dislike being tricked. I purchased a pbn framed canvas that was listed in metric instead of inches. I believe they list these in this matter on purpose to trick a percentage of shoppers into thinking they are getting something larger. Centimeters are much smaller than inches. In the many reasons paintly lists as reasons to not be able to send back this item they explicitly list "confusing cm's with inches". This indicates they are aware sizing units is an issue and yet somehow they continue to list in that manner. I contend this is an example of purposeful deceit. I further accuse Paintly/Paintlykits of scamming for extra margin hoping most wont complain. Reading this are you sure you would like to send them money? Also be aware that Paintlyshop with their horrible reviews is also the same Paintly/paintlykits company.

I'm new to Paintly Kits, having done Masterpiece By Numbers exclusively in the past. When that company shut down recently I was so disappointed! There are lots of companies out there, but I think Paintly is doing a great job. I received my kits within a couple of weeks. The paints are good quality and I'm also loving the fact that I can get these kits already framed. I'll definitely be ordering more in the future!

This is a great company with an amazing selection. There is tons to choose from and I love that I can start with simple and then get as complicated as I want with tons of colors and great designs. I love the canvas I am currently working on, it is beautiful and has lots of stick so my diamonds stay on. The site is well laid out and the buying process simple. I highly recommend!

Kit took a little while to get here, but well worth the wait. I ordered a HUGE canvas. The quality of the canvas material was great. Even the lightest paint covers the clearly printed numbers in one coat. I had questions regarding my order and received email responses within 24 hours. It will take me some time to complete this but the first flower had nearly 40 colors in it and looks amazing.

These are really good quality and the paint is top notch too. Better brushes would make it even better.

I was so happy with my Highland Cow painting I ordered more. Great quality paint (with left over paints for touch ups- don’t get that with other suppliers). Easy to use. Can’t wait to do more. Especially the personalised one I ordered of my dog. 10/10

Hey there,well I’ve done 100s of paintings, been doing them for almost 7 years and have found paintly kits to be so much better so 🙏

I made a couple orders before I received my first package. I was excited to get them because they were beautiful pictures. To my dismay, the drills don’t fit right on the canvas leaving gaps. The image is still beautiful but for the price you pay you would think the drills would be better and the canvas would be better quality. I wanted a refund and return my other orders, I said I would keep the first one I received but they told me I couldn’t do that even though I was unsatisfied with the products. Whatever you do, don’t waste your money on these just order from diamond art club their canvases are great quality and drills are beautiful!
