This is a fabulous scooter. The assembly was very simple, the only tool needed is an Allen wrench which is provided, and most importantly the instructions are clear and concise. It’s super easy to operate, comfortable to ride on, and has an attractive design.
While I am too weak to lift the scooter, my husband, sister and daughter all have remarked upon how easy it is for them fold up and get in and out of our SUV.
I’ve only had it for a short time, but I am so happy and super excited about being able to get back to doing things I haven’t been able to do in a few years.
I definitely recommend this scooter. Especially those who (like I did) avoid going places and doing things because of issues with walking, standing, fatigue etc.
I really wish I bought one sooner. If you’re on the fence, do not hesitate! This scooter is truly a life changer.

This has been great to use to have my fur kiddo have long walks again.
The only 2 things I wish would be adjusted are, 1. It doesn't stand in its own, it only lays down which is hard when going in and out of the car and 2. The turn is very slow but that might be because I just need to practice more.

I received an L5 scooter April 23, 2026. It looks wonderful and has many great features. However, it didn't open and close properly. I spoke with the sales person numerous times, learning that all support is done only by email. Then I exchanged a few weeks of emails with support, getting me nowhere. I learned that the directions are different from a video she sent me. But the scooter still had problems. I asked for a supervisor - no luck. So I wrote a 1 star review on Trustpilot. A supervisor responded right away, concerned about my review. We exchanged emails from May 10 to May 15 when she finally sent me a prepaid return label. She tried everything to convince me to let them replace it, etc. The product looks good, but the customer service by email is terrible. It shouldn't take a terrible review to get real attention.

UPDATE:
A customer device manager at Paiseec took over once they heard about what had happened. They have since upheld their warranty and are sending me a new chair with expedited shipping along with a new 1 year warranty. They apologized and have since asked for more details on how they can make their warranty process better so what happened to me doesn’t happen again. While they could have just brushed me off, they not only fixed the issue but dove deeper to improve their customer experience and make their warranty terms more straightforward. They met with their staff to go over what happened so they can improve. They have shared with me that their testing team has expanded and failure rate has dropped significantly. At the end of the day, we are all human and make mistakes. I believe the person that was initially handling my emails just didn’t have the right training and instead of asking for help, dragged out this process unnecessarily. I appreciate that Paiseec not only made things right, but made sure to use this experience to further improve. I feel confident in continuing to refer others to their products.
Initial review
I want to share my experience with @Paiseec_global and the W3 electric wheelchair because I believe this community deserves clear, honest information before spending thousands of dollars on something that’s supposed to support their independence.
I bought the Paiseec 3-in-1 Electric Wheelchair W3 in June 2025 for about $2,000. Within just a month, by July 2025, it started failing. What followed was months of going back and forth with customer service under their advertised “hassle-free warranty,” trying to get a working mobility device.
The problems weren’t small or occasional. The chair began to fail in ways that directly affected safety and usability:
- The folding mechanism broke
-The chair began moving backward on its own
-Push assist stopped working properly
-The motor started jerking and struggling
-The control panel failed
Eventually, the chair became completely unusable
Instead of replacing a clearly defective device, I was repeatedly sent troubleshooting videos and replacement parts with instructions to fix it myself. As a disabled person with limited mobility, I was being asked to repair a 50+ lb wheelchair on my own. None of the attempts resolved the issues.
After the most recent attempt, the chair no longer powers on at all. I’m now left without a functioning mobility device.
I’m also a mom to a toddler, and not having reliable mobility has had a serious impact on my daily life and independence in ways that are hard to put into words.
On top of that, I received two scooters from the company for review purposes, and both arrived defective as well.
I’m sharing this not to attack anyone personally, but to document my experience. I strongly encourage other disabled consumers to look closely at warranty support and real customer service experiences before investing in equipment like this.

We purchased this mobility scooter for my brother, and honestly it has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for him. It gave him so much more confidence and independence to get out, do things, and enjoy life again without feeling limited.
The scooter is surprisingly portable and not too heavy, which makes it much easier to maneuver in and out of the car. It’s also very easy to operate and handles different types of terrain better than we expected. My brother weighs around 160 lbs and it supports him comfortably and smoothly.
You can tell a lot of thought went into the design. It feels sturdy, reliable, and practical for real everyday use. We’re genuinely grateful because this has improved his mobility and overall quality of life in such a positive way.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a lightweight but dependable mobility scooter.

Very easy to set up I wish there was more detail on first charging batteries up .I did figure it out.I bought it for my wife our other scooter couldn’t ride on grass and was much heavier and had to take it apart to put in our SUV.We had our Paiseec D3 Scooter out at festival this weekend and had a number of people come up to my wife and asked her about it and wrote down the name of the scooter.We are very happy with Paiseec D3 scooter it’s easy to fold and pick it up to put in our SUV.We are looking forward to bring it on our first trip which will be to Yellowstone .

I finally have the freedom to shop, visit family, go on picnics and enjoy my grandchildren and great grandchildren! Easy to maneuver and transport. I’m so happy with my power chair/rollator ! A superior product!

I have had trouble with the mechanism for folding and unfolding the scooter from the day it arrived, April 23. Support is not available by telephone. Email takes a day for a response and then another day after I email back. They do not seem to have a solution. All they do is send videos. Something is wrong with my scooter and I want to return it. I am waiting to hear the response. It would cost a fortune for me to pay for return. Apparently there is no one who is an English speaker who will talk to you about these problems. The number listed for support is the sales person, who I think is tired of talking to me over the last few weeks. I am frustrated and waiting to hear how to return the scooter and get a refund. The difficulties are continuing as of today, May 9, 2026.

Customer service was outstanding. Scooter is ideal for my short ventures and I can load and unload the scooter into my car. Recommend for seniors that just need a little help getting around

The chair is wonderful! It has helped my mom with her mobility. It's features are nice and the weight is manageable for me to lift into my SUV. It is slow on turns and there is a learning curve for stopping. Overall, very happy.

My nephew has MS. He completely relies on this scooter. Recently he moved away. Later that month, the scooter needed new tires. I contacted customer service, and they informed me that they carried the entire wheel/tire combo. I had them shipped to him. He put them on himself. Thank You so much.
