They have provided extremely poor service , first of all order was delayed for about 2 months we can understand it might be due to ongoing war situation in middle East but the delivered items were badly handled and they were broken .When they come to receive items , we have been informed that items will be sent in special boxes but when we received these items ,they were in same plastic bags in which they were picked from my home in UK .
It wasn't ended here , when I tried to contact with complaint team ,their response is terrible , they are not responding to my call and messages and emails . I would suggest not to use them.

Excellent service from start to finish. The booking process was very straightforward and easy to arrange for collection. The team that collects goods are always professional and friendly one young man in particular stands out for being especially charming and approachable. They handled everything efficiently on site carefully packed weighing inthe van and providing an invoice immediately. The whole process is seamless and well taken care of. Overall a very organised company offering excellent service and great value for money.

I used Euro Pak Cargo Services to send a shipment and was quoted a fixed price with no mention of any additional surcharges. Over three and a half months after the shipment was sent, I was suddenly told I had to pay an extra fee due to a “Middle East crisis” and a War Risk Surcharge.
This surcharge was not included in their Terms and Conditions and was never communicated at any stage before shipment. Even if no one can predict a future conflict, a responsible company should at least make customers aware that such surcharges may arise in exceptional circumstances. That was not done. I was forced to pay the fee under protest simply to have my cargo released.
The lack of transparency, the addition of new charges after a contract is agreed, and withholding goods unless extra fees are paid is completely unacceptable. I have reported this matter to UK Trading Standards and the CMA due to undisclosed charges and unfair commercial practices.
To make matters worse, I have now been informed it will take 5 days just to release my goods and another 7 days before I receive them. An absolute farce of a company.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

This is the third time I've sent goods from the UK to Pakistan through this cargo company, and all the sisters I've spoken to here have been very helpful, especially the ones I just spoke to Fiza sister thanks lady's well done 👏

This was the worst experience I have ever had with Pak Cargo Services UK. I was told that delivery would take 3 months, but it took over 4 months to arrive. When the parcel finally arrived, it was not in its original condition, and most of the items were missing or stolen.

Several electronic devices were stolen — I found only empty boxes in my package. Many chocolates were missing, and some were even half-eaten. Shockingly, I also found somebody else’s massager inside my parcel.

This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed with the service and would not recommend it to anyone.

Terrible! Took 5 months and 23 days for parcel to receive, half of things which were valuable and fine quality were missing, don't trust them they are robbers, stealing stuffs and then never do anything about it, I'm not surprised, and their customers service is cherry on top, the way they treat you i swear like we did something wrong! I left review on Google n don't know what he is talking about please change your reviewer at least swearing calling you zani!!!??? Such a useless bunch of people

Whenever I need something from uk I’ve always got my things delivered through their cargo and only trust them .They’re extremely reliable and never misplaced any of my things.Even if I need help with orders that I’m not getting delivered through their cargo their team is always there to help you out .Highly recommend them

The worst company pleas don’t risk your stuff , irresponsible, staff is rude and doesn’t help at all I’ve not got my refund and it’s been 2 months

Every time I call they keep saying next week been 4÷ weeks now
1 they said my parcel is in karachi waiting for customs clearance
2 now they said my parcel still on ship
3 now in Lohore gave me no of PK agent ring him said my parcel still on ship
4 now in Karachi customs clearance again.
5 now spoke to manger said one parcel in Pakistan that other still on ship.
That is one phone call per week
4+ week been told one story to another
Just take our money and not worry about it after wood
WILL NEVER EVERY USE THEM AGAIN
The biggest lies
I was told by manger if I put comments on my parcel will not be delivered until I erase the comments.
I would advise you NOT to use them.
