1st they changed me extra for bags then they charge me extra money they said iran stop us so we need to pay for them and same time my sister send the cargo and they haven’t changed any extra money they charge me nearly 50£ extra

I’d give zero if I could. They called us to confirm they were coming between 10-6 so my husband stayed home. He called at 5 to see where they were and the driver said he had no idea who we were and our name wasn’t on today’s collection. He said he had 2 pick ups and would be with us by 7pm. 8pm and nothing we call again and he’s like oh my van is too full and I can’t come today. They don’t communicate they don’t tell you nothing and expect you to chanse them. Avoid at all costs.

Very disappointing experience. We arranged for our bags to be collected from Manchester, but they never arrived and have not been returned at the destination in Pakistan. The value of the lost items exceeds £500.
From the moment things went wrong, the support was poor. We had to follow up repeatedly just to get basic updates, and even then, the responses were vague and unhelpful. It felt like there was no real effort being made to locate the bags or resolve the situation.
Entrusting a company with your personal belongings requires a level of reliability and responsibility, both of which were clearly lacking here. Losing a shipment of this value and failing to properly address it is unacceptable.
I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Avoid this company at all costs. Our bags were picked up from Manchester to be delivered to Abbottabad, but they were lost and never returned. This has resulted in over £1,000 worth of losses.

The entire experience was extremely frustrating. Communication was poor from start to finish — we were constantly chasing for updates and received little to no useful information. There was no real sense of urgency or accountability in resolving the issue.

You’re trusting them to safely deliver your personal belongings internationally, and in our case that trust was completely broken. Losing bags and then failing to recover them or properly support the customer is unacceptable.

If you value your belongings, your money, and your peace of mind, do not use this service.

Very pathetic service they theft most of the items from my cargo.worst ever experience with them .Very irresponsible staff .Despite of full charges they never deliver you the items on time and stolen too.I lost items of worth around 400 pounds in which my mother's medicines n some other wearable were included .Don't trust them .I shared to make aware all the people not to be looted by them....

I don’t even don’t want to give 1 star service . On my parcel receipt they wrote down someone else address . And they didn’t have any record for my parcel untill
I call and ask about my parcel . And they blame every thing on me that I didn’t check there was someone else (sender) name on my receipt .
It’s been more than 5 months they almost lost my parcel .
Somehow thing were sorted out parcel was still there at there warehouse in Pakistan .
When my friend call on number when they are going to deliver parcel . Person said they don’t have anyone to deliver they have to come and pickup themselves. She told men many times it would be hard for her to collect . But person speaks in un appropriate language . And he said to my friend don’t call us again we will deliver when we can . But at last my friend collected her parcel .
Very pathetic service . This was my first and would be last time experience to send stuff to Pakistan via this service

My 4 suitcases are still missing after 2 months of wait. Pak Direct Cargo is not bothered to search them. They are not replying to my letter, email, message or call. They are not taking any responsibility for the loss. My bags had stuff which has emotional attachment to me. I have been stressed and depresed about it. Finally i decided to file a case against them. And I am asking all the people who have lost or damaged stuff by this fraud company to file a case against them. People pls do not send your stuff with them. I regret my decision of trusting these people. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

They lost 5 of our suitcases that we had shipped to Islamabad from Manchester. Refusing to take responsibility and we will now be taking legal action against them.

Do not trust this company.

First time sending cargo must say was worried but the experience was great the cargo reached within 2 months all tacked definitely will use the service again saves hassle taking things myself would highly recommend.

Everything went wrong. I am still missing a very important bag and other items. They've delivered wrong items to me and to date there is no response when asking them where to drop it off or to whom we can drop it off.
According to them, customs messed up when they did a random search of items. We were lucky to have put a label on some of our items and someone gave us a call who received our items instead of their own.

I am very satisfied with their service. All of my luggage arrived safely and even before the time they had promised. Their efficiency and reliability truly impressed me, and I would happily recommend them to others.

Amazing service . Cargo arrived in 8 weeks in Lahore which was quicker than anticipated, will be doing more future services , highly recommend.
