Over 5 weeks for rely. Responded wants threat to pull money back, then it arrived damaged.
Promised a 10% refund and 12 days later still wait.

Lovely mature olive tree arrived well wrapped and delivery man was very helpful

I am delighted with my Olive Tree which was personally delivered in this awful heat. I believe I was the 31st customer of the day and he still had another delivery to do.
He must be exhausted!

ORDERED A TREE FERN ON THE 2ND MAY, WE KNEW IT'S JUST A FEW DAYS DELIVERLY, SO I DID CONTACT THE COMPANY, AS THERE SEEMED TO BE A DELAY. IT WAS AN ISSUE WITH MY POSTCODE, SO MY ORDER COULDN'T BE DELIVERED, SO AFTER SORTING THAT OUT, AHMAD SAID HE WOULD SEND ANOTHER TREE FERN OUT AFTER THE BANK HOLIDAY, WHICH WAS FINE WITH US.
THEN LAST EVENING (SAT 23RD MAY), DOOR BELL RANG, IT WAS AHMAD WITH OUR TREE FERN, AT 8PM, WE WERE MOST SURPRISED & PLEASE. NOW HOW GOOD IS THAT, COMING FROM LONDON TO US IN THE EVENING, WITH A GOOD SIZED TREE FERN, THE FOND'S ARE USUALLY CUT OFF FOR DELIVERIES, THIS ONE STILL HAD IT'S FONDS, WHICH MADE IT A GOOD SIZE INDEED.
SO FOR GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE 10 OUT OF 10 BRILLIANT.

Some delays with delivery, communication could be improved however, when raised addressed promptly. No issues what so ever with actual product, just delivery.

Wonderful Yucca Rosata delivered within two days, larger than expected, in good health, hopefully it will flourish. Recommend Palm and Olive for their service and speed.

Great trees, delivered on time and very happy with the purchase

A gift for my son’s birthday couldn’t have been better. The delivery, the product and the info was exactly as stated.
Everyone was more than delighted.

I bought a teak banana bench on April 5th. No contact at all other than a receipt. I have not received the item. I emailed the company on April 18, no reply. I used their contact form on April 28. No response! I told them if I do not hear from them by May 5, I am entitled to a refund but would still like the bench to be delivered! They are nearly out of time, they must give a refund if not delivered in 30 days. As I have not had any contact so far, I suspect I will have to contact my bank to claw the money back. Nothing but hassle! Check the company out on Companies House, then use Google maps to find the address of the person running this outfit.
