Product is good. Customers service bad

Product is good. However it took over a month to arrive, the customer service is absolutely terrible. I wrote countless emails and received one back in the whole month that was just saying it wasn’t there fault that it wasn’t being shipped. I want compensation for the late arrival. More than a month is a joke

I have purchased 2x Lana devices on the…

I have purchased 2x Lana devices on the 1st of November. Until today, there has been no update on my shipment. I have contacted them multiple times, on the website support, on their Instagram, and unfortunately I have not received a reply. This is very bad customer experience. Not even an apology for being late and recognizing the issue.

I have no idea when the items will be shipped/delivered. It has been 21 days with absolutely no update or shipment tracking service. I do not know which shipping company they are using.

SCAM BUSINESS

SCAM BUSINESS! They advertise 3-5 days express shipping, it's been a month and I haven't received a product, refund or even an email from the customer support! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
EDIT: they sent the product over a month after the deadline and completely ignored my request to cancel the shipment and send me my money back. The package was accepted by my neighbour in my absence, and I decided to keep it, given the absolute lack of contact with them in the last 7-8 weeks. The product is average, loud and battery is weak, not worth the money and nerves.

I ordered and paid for a product with your company and received ZERO communication on when it's supposed to arrive, even though you claim it should come in 3-5 working days. Lana product broke in less than a year and no feedback

I had bought their Lana product, which did help relieve some pain with periods, but it stopped working out of the blue in less than a year, and even though it should be covered for replacement, I have sent over 4 emails to their support email listed on their website and I have received 0 response. Absolute garbage communication. There is no phone to call no nothing, only an email to which they don't even respond.
