I place my order two weeks ago, but nothing. No confirmation shipping email, nothing from customer service, and when you click on FAQs you realize the site is fake.

Very poor service it’s been 1month since last order a product from this company that was said to arrive within 3-5days l recommend not buying from them as they do not even communicate with the customers absolutely pathetic services

Order took a month to arrive and had very poor experience with customer service not replying to emails or giving me updates on my order, would not recommend to anyone.

Ordered it 3 weeks ago, still have y receive the product. The promise of a one week delivery was not kept. Not too sure about the product functionality but the logistics team should probably be refined.

Don’t order from them, it’s a complete scam. I ordered on the 15th of October 2024 and it’s been over 6 months now. They won’t reply to my emails and I haven’t received the item. They won’t refund you or reply to you. They don’t have a phone number on their website, just an email which they never reply to. Just don’t order from them because you will never see your money back. They will reply to your trustpilot review saying we will resolve this matter and issue a refund, just email us and they won’t reply to your email. It’s a scam operation which is obviously not important enough for authorities to take down.

I've been waiting for this product for weeks and I still haven't received anything. I have bad period cramps and i can’t wait bo longer.
i paid for it and i demand it.
No one is responding to my emails or DM’s and that’s really unprofessional.

If you wanna make your partners life more comfortable during this time this device is a good idea and it'll save her and you money on not needing heat pads or getting unnecessarily burnt from hot water bottles.

I am still waiting for my order since January 28, 2025 and still waiting until now. I don’t think this is related to any customs or logistics issue. It’s just they don’t work that much on your order simply, that is my perspective.

Terrible, do not buy from them
I ordered a Lana on December 5th (order #9363) and still haven’t received it. I hope you have a good excuse for not even responding to any of my multiple messages and inquiries about this issue through all your social media platforms and email.

Fake company
I placed an order on 10th February, with the order number #10090. According to your website, the estimated delivery time was 5-7 days, but it has now been over 10 days, and I have not yet received it. I even tried their customer care email Dm in instagram and filed the contact us form multiple times, this product is totally fake. I am going to report scam to my credit card company. Do not fall for the trap all good comments are fake.

EDIT: if you're seeing their response below, know that I emailed 6 times and filled out a communication form on their website 3 times. Nobody ever said anything. Magically, the day I posted here and went to my bank to report the scam, I received a response for the first time in a month. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Echoing what everyone else is saying, this is a scam. The positive reviews are fake. I have reached out multiple times on their actual website, and also emailed the support email, support at pamly.co. Nobody is responding to anything and it's been a month.

Good Product, but Customer Relationship Management could be improved
It took them Months to send the product, even though they mention on their website that it takes some days only to deliver. I wrote them many times and no reply.
After complaining more than 5 times, their support team finally gave me an answer. From this point, the delivery was very smooth and quick.
They definately need to improve their customer relationship management.
But the product is good and my girlfriend likes it!

Seems like a scam …
Delivery as per their website is next working day for UAE. I never receive the item - it’s been 2 weeks. No response from their customer support or social media. It’s seems like their last social media posts were 6 months ago. But they are still paying for Facebook and Instagram ads and luring people in, especially during Valentine’s Day period.
Company are evidently no longer in business but taking people’s money.

Order never received
Order never received. Asked them to provide proof that the item was delivered. Which they haven't been able to do. They told me that I needed to check with others in the house. Only my daughter and son in law live with me. Had to check with post office. International tracking number which they can't track. Had to check with next door neighbours. All of which I have done. I asked them to send me another one but they only offered a 20% discount.

As much as I do love this product I agree with most of the other reviews. For one it took months for my pamly to show up and my bf had ordered it as a present he had emailed and messaged and one day it just showed up. On the other hand the heating it great i love thag the massage really does help my cramps but it does not hold a charge!!!! That’s the one thing that gets me I can use it once for about 30minutes and then it’s dead and i have to wait two hours for it to be charged. Not very convenient when you’re cramping.
Fraudulent company
Fraudulent company. Never received item, cannot contact anyone at the company for an update and I needed to contact my credit card company to report the fraud.
Update:
There is a response below of asking to resolve the issue by the company. This too is fraudulent as no attempt has occurred. There is no email from them in any folder. It is a meaningless reply on this page for appearances only.
