I place my order two weeks ago, but nothing. No confirmation shipping email, nothing from customer service, and when you click on FAQs you realize the site is fake.

Terrible customer service and follow up
It's been nearly four months now since the first contact, the video I sent was sent on the 6th of December, on the 12th of December they told me they would send this to their supervisor, after following up because of the lack of communication on the 21st of December they finally responded on the 12th of January saying they would replace the unit and I've heard nothing from them since then despite emailing them on the 12th (confirming the address) and 22nd of January (yes, another follow up)

I ordered this for valentine going with 3-5 days express Delivery ,the information about the Delivery is misleading ,I emailed expressing my concern and got no response ,seems like a scam to me ,do not shop here ,I had to dispute this with my bank for a full refund.

Very bad costumer support
Very bad. Besides the fact that the delivery took almost a month, I have made a special request, minutes after placing the order, and never got a response. Their chat support is horrible, as well as the responses from email.
The device itself I would give it 4/5

It helped my girlfriend with her period a lot. Although it isn't 100% perfect, it is a great product for those months
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I can’t even get a response. Tried on multiple platforms to contact them. Very unresponsive.
Update: Pamly has not reached out directly via email after they replyed to this review. I supplied my email through Trustpilot as requested. Proves my point about their quality of customer service.

Unfortunately
Unfortunately, despite delivery being excellent, the product (which was a Christmas gift for my best friend) appears to be defective: it doesn’t heat past 15°: she has contacted the company using the card in the box, and I’m certain that it will be replaced without fuss promptly, but it’s very disappointing, as she’s just come on her period.
