Minimalist and easy solution for adding closet space. Since I was designing my own layout, i appreciated the dimensional information given on the website, however, I was working with a limited width (angled ceiling) and would have liked the dimensions be given as centerline to centerline as well as the size of the individual products so I could know EXACTLY how wide the assembled piece would be, if it would it fall on the studs etc. (I’m an engineer so a stickler for exactness) I also wished the diy products were sold with the optional special gold finish (I ended up spray painting mine). Overall very happy with the product and my project turned out great. Very easy to assemble and install with 2 people.

My clothing rack first arrived with missing parts and when it was put together was wobbly and not standing upright. I sent a video and email to the customer service team and they sent me the proper pieces and I was able to set it up correctly. It is a nice rack and good quality for the short time I’ve had it.

Love the product. Arrives as expected. Easy assembly and quality finish.

Ok experience. The gold version is painted so it will definitely scratch over time. The drywall anchors that ship with the products are horrendous. Almost all of them failed. Throw them out and just go the hardware store and get the hinged kind.

I ordered a dressing for more than 1000€. I haven't received the shelfs I ordered, while the shipping company says they have been delivered. When I try to contact the customer support, they take more than 2 days in answering, they have not even a phone number for clients you can reach to. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. The products are beautiful though.

Fast delivery exactly what I need

They use Amazon shipping but because you’re not ordering directly from Amazon you can’t contact Amazon customer service for delivery support. Delivery delayed multiple times before the package was lost. No customer service phone support. Customer service is email only and it takes days to get a response.

This rack is gorgeous, very strong and wasn’t too hard to put together! It was delivered quick and the price isn’t bad especially because it is so pretty! I am giving it 5 stars, although there was a big chip of the gold missing! I am going to cover it with a gold paint pen! I love it!

Wrong product.. can't reach out to customer support..

The product is great and looks great. Giving 3 stars mainly because the instructions are horrible. Plus, the instructional videos are not using the same parts.

I figured it out and love it. Not it took me multiple tries after making mistakes that required me to unassemble and restart.

Other than that, the standard kit provides bare minimum space between the hanger and wall and needs a couple of more inches which I adjusted myself. The space between the hanging bars on a 2 tier assembly is too short or at least needs better options.

It would have been extremely helpful to have more measurements for the kits so I can determine how to customize. It would also be helpful to have more parts (like wood shelves and shelf clamps) available in the DIY.

This is the third of three purchases from Pamo. All were professionally handled and the delivered products exceeded my expectations. I’d recommend this company to anyone looking for very sturdy closet hardware.
