What a wobbly and swaying piece of furniture. I am so saddened by the quality and inability to use it. I missed the window to return them because I waited to assemble them after our remodel.
I do want to clarify that we purchased the free standing double rack. Without a double base or corner pieces of some sort, you can do the math: it will sway.

I so badly wanted to love this closet system. The instructions were unclear and need some adjustment. I had to do a lot of troubleshooting and engineering in order to get the system built and fitting it into my closet. Also, there is a lack of measurements for all pieces in the system so I ended up having to buy additional parts for the closet system to fit. The threading on the pipes is painted black so when assembling the product the paint chips off. Overall, I think there is real potential for this closet system to succeed - it just requires more user experience thought in the design/assembly.

Amazing value - it installed beautifully and easily. Immediately elevated our space while providing additional closet space.

The quality of the product is great. However, the zero-tolerance design actually makes the construction of this system more challenging than one would think. I think the concept is great but the design has some flaws when threading pipe sections. You essentially have to tighten and loosen at the same time when assembling. So, if there are any adjustments that need to be made post assembly...you have to deconstruct sections to fix your error. Also, for an experienced pipe fitter, the assembly time would make sense. While the videos and instructions demonstrate a quick assembly. Thus install took me almost 2.5 hours for the KIM-2 metal with 5 shelves. The tolerance for the shelves is way too tight and requires some bending in order to fit if you've threaded your pipe ends to the couplers 100%. A common issue with threaded pipe is that they are not all perfect. So I would strongly recommend adding teflon tape to your system instructions for overstable construction at pipe joints. If you mount this setup against a wall on one of the vertical edges, you have to reverse the shelve support so that you thread from inside the shelf. I made this work with some head scratching along the way. Once installed the rack system is great. Highly functional. Looks wonderful. I think this system probably works best in big open spaces or small apartments. Installing in a physical closet is a unique challenge but i was successful. I would revisit some of your design to improve these small errors and add a fraction of tolerance +/- 1/16" on either side for shelving install.

Nice quality - lighter than expected (a good thing!), packaged well, super easy to install, and pretty quick delivery. We love the look and it was a quick solution to expand our store assortment.

Paper instructions are not clear and easy to distinguish some parts. Took more than so called 60 minutes. Also do not like how the bottom poles are not threaded- would be a lot sturdier if they did. I would not recommend this product. Would rather go get pipe cut and assemble my own design.

Flimsy rack and poor customer service. Bars not fully adjustable to vary heights. Other product on the market feature heavier weight poles and a more customizable rack heights. This product was put together by a professional who shared my opinion that this when full tightened was shaky and not as stable as needed. I attempted to raise bars to hang longer items and shape of is not
Symmetrical top to bottom and this is impossible. Return request still unanswered 46hrs at this update and return would require disassembling, reboxing, and shipping out of country at our expense.

Shipping was super fast, product seems to be high quality. Very pleased with the purchase.

There was an issue with some incorrect pieces in my original shipment, and it took about two months to get it all straightened out. But the Pamo customer service team members were beyond patient, and worked with me until every issue was solved. I'm super pleased with my hanger. Even with the delay, it was a REALLY good experience working with this company.

Easy build! The materials are very well made! worth it

Looks really nice but was hard to assemble
Its a really nice closet but way harder to assemble than it looks. Also there are no extra screws or anything in case you lose one. Other than the set up i love it.

Shipment arrived in a timely fashion, item arrived well packaged. The KIM DOUBLE 2 clothes rack is very well made and the finish is better than I expected. Can’t wait to install it in our new home.

Horrible instructions and a nightmare to assemble. The engineering design also doesn't provide the most stable unit, at least in the free-standing one that I purchased. It leans to one side.

I had my handyman (who is very capable and experienced) hang 4 of these for me. They are flimsy and now there is a hole in my wall the size of my head. Will never purchase again from this company. Wish I could upload photos to show you. It nearly fell on my 3 year old. So dangerous.

The railing, delivery, and product was all good but putting on the shelving was the most frustrating experience o think I’ve ever had with assembly. There’s no way to support or hold the shelf in place and trying to actually mount it to the rail is so extremely difficult. Terrible design!!!

The product arrived on time and well packed & protected in the box.
The shelves were very easy to install. No special tools needed.
