WinterSecret vest online = SCAM!

I ordered the WinterSecret vest online and it doesn't work.
It worked one time only.
A day after, when I try to turn it on, I press the button, it goes through the three colors but then turns off.
The battery is full, and I'm doing exactly what I did the first time, but it just doesn't work.
Nothing happens.
I wrote to Panameedia twice! More than 10 days ago, and there's no answer.
This is a fraud. Panameedia shame on you. You stole my money. And from what I see online, there are many other people like me, that you've deceived.
I expect to get a refund for the full amount, but then again, I thought I was buying from a decent company.

I'm sorry, but this solution is not acceptable. You provided me with a defective product for which I paid a significant amount of money. Considering the numerous similar reviews online, it's challenging for me to trust your proposed resolution.

I am not willing to invest more money and effort in returning a product that was faulty from the start. Instead, I propose a different arrangement: provide a full refund, including the return shipment cost, and then I will return the vest. This way, we can resolve the matter promptly and fairly.

I hope for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

UPDATE 8-18-23: Panameedia replied to me that I can "... send the shipment back to us in the same unused condition that you received it to the same address that is mentioned on the package." What the heck??? I guess they didn't read the part about I am happy with the product so why would I want to return it? Also, I mentioned I can't view the receipt because the link to the receipt is marked as UNSAFE by Microsoft. PANAMEEDIA: please pay attention! I can't view the receipt but I've already put in a disput with my credit card because this item was not $65.00 when I placed the order! ORIGINAL COMPLAINT 8-17-2023: Ordered the VacuumGo Pro. I'm perfectly satisfied with the product it works great but the problem is that they overcharged me by $50.00 on my credit card, so I had to put in a dispute. When I click on the link to the invoice in the email confirmation, I get a security warning that the site is unsafe, so I have no record of the invoice totals, only an order number. Also, I've sent them 3 emails on how do I buy replacement dust cartridges and no response. Just in case Panameeedia is reading this, order number is b4ae359fda3d3e.

Dodgy, rip off company! DO NOT USE!

Ah! Well the reviews confirm MY experience too!

I bought the "USmile Pro Ultrasonic Toothbrush" as I've had bad experiences with local dentists, due to bureaucracy actually. And I wanted to look after my teeth/gums properly myself.

I bought this product, but when it arrived, (and it's STILL in the packaging!) and you realise, and tell the company: PanaMeedia Support Team, that you have a wonky tooth on the bottom row of teeth, that actually sticks out, therefore a rounded tooth shield won't fit, they don't care, and just refer you to your Dentist. They have not refunded me. So, I've lost a LOT of money! Not happy.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

By the way, my purchase was a year ago, and you can see from the 2022 reviews, that these are still CHEATING, THIEVES!!!

Good, honest, ethical companies offer refunds and returns.

Shame on this dodgy company.

I ordered an air con unit back on June 16th 2022 from PANAMEEDIA on a well known media website for £66.21, as advertised a quick delivery, expecting a delivery in the last few days, or atleast a communication telling me what was happening, BUT NOTHING !! I find this type of business dealing extremely poor and like a SCAM and hope NO OTHER MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC are dealing with this company. As a health campaigner who has many facebook sites i will put this bad company across the pages to raise AWARENESS.

UPDATE per message below, when i wrote the complaint i had NOT received the item or had any communication from your company. The item turned up on my doorstep a few days later. Try communicating with your customers it might just help your company, and stop the negative reports that you are getting.

I bought a drone from this company in August 2021 for my son's 6th Birthday at the beginning of September and still waiting for it. No update on the order since it was dispatch from China! I responded to an ad that made claims…

I responded to an ad that made claims about offering special technology to improve WiFi speed. This company sent me a bog standard WiFi repeater. They also charged £36 for a product that I now find I can get for around £15 - 17 (the same brand, same model). In fairness, they have responded quickly to my e-mail complaints and offered a 5% discount and then a 10% discount in some kind of recognition of my complaints about misrepresentation and vastly inflated price. I was going to return the product and accept a refund until I saw the reviews here and realised that I would be very lucky to get the refund so I've decided to keep the product, but I've requested a £20 refund, this being the difference between the price on Amazon and the price this company are charging. I am probably going to report them to the ASA and Trading Standards, especially if I get no partial refund.

An update to the initial review:

After several e-mails back and forth, attempting to offer a discount, the company decided to offer a full refund and said I could keep the goods. The refund was received the following day. However, given the experience of others who have reviewed this company, it seems that I have been very lucky. I would not use this company again.
