Refund given

I thought it would be good to write a review after reading so many bad ones. I purchased 2 x Zoomshotpro camera lenses, but unfortunately they didn't suit my needs. I was given a return address which was PanaMeedia. I read so many bad reviews about items not received and refunds not given that I thought I would have the same problem when returning mine. I messaged them a couple of times directly expressing my concerns but they assured me as long as I send the item back by courier and supplied the receipt, then I would have no problems.
I gave all the information they requested after I sent the item back and was very pleased, when true to their word they put my refund back into my account. No problem at all.
I live in the UK and sent item back via Hermes.

Dishonest Company...
Bought a pair of adjustable glasses from them. Cancelled the order 2 days later due to very long delivery date...they acknowledged. Told me refund would be available 10-15 business days. It never arrived. Emailed them every week or so for update. Initially they told me they were having technical problems...then they blamed PayPal for delaying the refund because of their Know Your Customer policy. I called PayPal, they told me that was false. After 10 weeks, I filed a claim with PayPal about the missing refund. PayPal reimbursed my $73 after I sent correspondence from Panameedia acknowledging the refund. Items are way overpriced (check Amazon first) and they keep stalling refunds hoping you will forget or just give up. Do not buy anything from Panameedia ou!

bought 5 of these and sure enough they…

bought 5 of these and sure enough they turned up but slowed my internet down as insructed i sent them back no refund this a common problen as weve now found out multiple cases so i will be getting in touch with trading standards as this shouldnt be allowed to continue dirty scammers who steals our money need to be tracked down and punshised should be called

4 months after buying them you ask for proof of postage that you was given at the time of posting to the address you asked it to go to with proof of said recorded postage!! you are a joke because you signed for the parcel you have both the money and the items

I bought a XPRO Drone from this company, aka Hyperstech. This is a complete scam. This is a fraud. What you get with your order is a fake Chinese knockoff. Do not throw your money away like I did. You will have little recourse.

A total scam

A total scam. I bought five products (all the same) from this company, which were defective. I had to pay the return postage to "receive a refund" which NEVER ARRIVED. Stay away!!

Shody goods

Shody goods. I purchased a "Barxstop" ultrasonic device to use with my dog. The device arrived, but does not work. There is an LED torch function that does work, however the ultrasonic (which people cannot hear) has no effect on any of the dogs I have tried it on.
I wrote to complain and they said to return the unit in the original packaging, but (a) that went out in the trash and (b) they don't seem to handle refunds well if you read the other reviews here.

Over 3 months later there is no sign of them paying, even after advising pending poor review on Trustpilot and contacting Resolver. I hope they come unstuck for their deceitful trading.

Health Watch scammers

I bought a Health Watch from this company that would not pair to any of the apps they suggested. After many return emails from their support team, I chose to return the watch and asked for a refund. 3 months later I still have not been refunded. I am now taking the issue to Australian Consumer affairs.

Stay away from this company. They are a scam. What they ship you is junk. They give you a fictitious return address. Then they say they never received it. Therefore no credit. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company is a scam, don't give them your money. This is a fraudulent organization. They sent a purchased item that was nothing as advertised -- returned it on my own dime following their instructions, but NEVER received a refund following lame excuses. Again, this is an organization specializing in fraud -- DO NOT purchase anything from them -- EVER!

Further to my review on Panameedia 3/12/20 still no refund and more pathetic excuses, over £52 lost and me an OAP. Again DONOT buy anything from this company. Products POOR and No refunds.

Drone X

If you have checked this site prior to purchase you are lucky. I purchased a drone and paid for additional items only to find that they are in the box in the first place. Hence the total cost was double what can be purchased from other sites for the same manufacturers product. Despite their response that their product is of better quality - its the same boxed item. Raised this issue and was promised a pathetic 10% discount two months ago, but still nothing received to date.
If the option is available to you do not use this site, its works out very expensive hence poor value for money and poor Customer Service.
