My order was reported as damaged by the shipping carrier 20 days ago and has not been delivered. Despite this, I have not received a refund or any resolution. Only excuses.

I’m appalled by this company! The customer service is non existent! I bought something that ripped as I was trying it on! I sent multiple emails and no response whatsoever, so I’m escalating this matter with my bank now. Stay away. The quality is so poor it’s worse than primark and it’s a total greenwashing as it’s all cheap polyester…. But the worst part is basically them trying to scam you and not giving you your money back

The hoodies and track pants not only look great, they feel incredibly comfortable. The quality of the products is consistently good. The customer support team also responded to all my needs promptly and to my complete satisfaction—extremely charming. Our family loves PANGAIA.

I ordered a jacket and it was too big so I wanted to exchange it. Two days later I changed my mind and wanted to do a return instead. After emailing their customer service they said they could cancel the exchange and then I could do a return instead. It has been twenty days and many emails later and this has still not happened. They never respond to email replies, I have to start a new message from their website every time. The lack of communication is frustrating. This experience has ruined my initial interest in this brand.

I had a very good experience with PANGAIA. The delivery was very fast, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, I had to return the pants because the size did not fit me, but the quality of the item was excellent.
The return process itself was uncomplicated and easy to handle. However, it did take quite some time until the returned item was fully received and processed. After the confirmation, I initially received a gift card, although I was hoping for a refund.
I contacted customer support regarding this, and I received a response immediately. The support team was very helpful and processed my refund without any issues.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience — great products, smooth returns, and outstanding customer service. I would definitely shop at PANGAIA again.

If I could rate this company 0 or minus star’s I would. I placed an on line order Black Friday and returned a number of items 08 Dec, I chased for my refund 24 Dec. I then received a refund for all but one item 30 Dec. I was informed one item would not be refunded as damaged. I asked for a photo as the item was not returned damaged. On 31 December I received a photo of item showing no damage. It has taken numerous emails to get refund which was eventually processed 13 January. I was told the delay was due to checks and balances. I did not receive an apology for falsely accusing me of something and despite asking on numerous occasions have not been advised of what the formal complaint process is.
I am so disappointed in the service I received and concerned with the evident poor practice within the company. I would not recommend purchasing anything from them. Customer service is beyond poor and slow.
The below response speaks volumes. Again they have not apologised for falsely accusing me of returning an item damaged. If I had not challenged they would have not refunded me. Be careful if you choose to shop with this company.

I used to love this company but lost my trust after few of my returns have not been processed and I only managed to get my money back after opening a PayPal case.
Once I also had a situation that the item was cancelled from the order and despite an apology and written notification from the customer service I had to open a PayPal case again.
If you want to order here, please make sure your payment is protected. Otherwise you might need to take legal actions in order to get your money back.
After few years the quality is not the same anymore. I liked that the items were mostly produced in Europe but today I see “made in Turkey”on the label.
Is it still environmentally friendly at all ?

Wow, I thought I just had a one, maybe weird circumstance that led to bad customer service, but seems to be quite a common experience. I ordered 3 items and didn’t particularly like any of them for the price point, so I initiated returning the items. The return policy is 30 days. I received my order Dec 4. On January 2, I finally got around to returning my order, but the website kept saying I was out of the return window, which I was not. I emailed the customer service and they even said that it was an error and acted like they fixed the issue. However, I had the same issue. Customer service must have the weekend off (which is not my issue at all, good for them) and on a Tuesday, Jan. 6 they said that I was officially out of the return window. So you mean to tell me that my return is getting denied because of pangaia’s error, or because the issue wasn’t resolved before they went on weekend, or they simply just didn’t want to honor their own return policy? Anyway, after confronting them about it, they acted like it never even happened and immediately changed tune and started processing my return. Idk why I had to waste my time getting them to honor their own policies and fixing their own errors, but it’s simply unacceptable and telling. Will never support this company again, but I’m not missing out on much. Now, only time will tell if I get my money back.

I've been a fan of this brand for a while and have accumulated quite a collection of their clothes. Even after several years, my t-shirts still look as good as new. I own a few tees with the divers' peppermint treatment to minimize odors, and I can attest that they're effective! I'm truly impressed by the company's commitment to sustainability and its groundbreaking textile innovations. I also hope they bring back the crop tops!

Crazy that still in 2025 there are companies based on marketing and nothing else.
Products are crap and overbudget when you got companies selling true heavy cotton instead.

I have ordered 2 items during Christmas period, and needed to exchange the size. The return was delayed, although could be tracked, I wanted to know more and wrote to Customer service. Alex gave really nice amount of details which ensured myself that order will arrive in specific timeline (not very fast, but still I knew the process).

After posting this review, I finally received my refund of €350 in full. While I’m relieved to have my money back, it’s extremely disappointing that it took a public complaint on Trustpilot for the company to take action.
Customer service should resolve issues proactively, not ignore emails until negative reviews are published. Although the quality of the products is good, this experience makes me hesitant to shop with Pangaia again. I hope this encourages them to improve their return and refund process for future customers.
For now, I’m updating my rating to reflect the resolution, but the initial frustration remains.
