Disappointed
Hi, first of all delivery time was not respected, instead of next day delivery it took 3 days.
For the exchange due to a size issue that was another 4 days.
The material inside the Shoes is terribly hard. Painful.
And finally the finished product is very medium. They look orthopedic on your feet. Definitely wont wear them. Far too expensive.

We apologize for the experience you've had. We want to clarify that our exchange policy, outlined on our website, allows for exchanges within 7 days. However, we processed your exchange within 4 days, demonstrating our commitment to swift resolutions.
Regarding delivery, while we offer next-day delivery, please note that this service is not available on weekends. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
In terms of comfort, we're proud to share that our shoes have received over 3000 positive reviews attesting to their high comfort level. We regret any dissatisfaction you may be feeling and invite you to contact us for further assistance or an exchange.
Thank you for your understanding.
