So soft and such lovely colours.
My son was having problems with cotton being itchy, so we thought we would try bamboo and he was delighted by the range of colours. We got samples first and now have a sheet and pair of pillowcases.
Disappointed that something comes in black but I was unable to find out what it is. Very high prices so I hope this stuff will wear well. So far, so soft and comfy. I like the satiny finish too.

Quick delivery. Good quality. Lovely thick elastic. Looks and feels good. Will be buying more.

We had this bamboo throw at a hotel that we recently stayed at. It was lovely, it was a hot night and my husband just had this on him. I looked at the label and found it was from Paragon and so went on line and ordered the same. I just wish it came in different colours as I would certainly purchase more! Lovely product.

I cannot give more than 2 stars because the pillowcases are out of stock, so I only got half of what I want. Sheet has been delivered, but I have put it in the cupboard, waiting for pillowcases to match!
I have guests coming, I will use my cotton bedding.

I never write reviews but oh my god these sheets are on another level!! Every night I get into bed I have to say “these are so silky smooth” I love them so much. Never going back to cotton again!!! Also bought single sized for my daughter who hates blankets and being too hot and she is loving them too! Even keeping the sheets on top of her for once. Thank you :)

Awful customer services ... I've bought 3 bed sets from this company, 2 for myself and 1 for my daughter so have spent well over £300 with them ... the 1st one, 15 months ago. The duvet cover start to show loose threads last week so I sent photos to the sales team ... he was obviously a relative of the 3 directors as they all have the same surname, he emailed me back saying it was past the 6 months guarantee term so he couldn't help. I wrote back pointing out that only this particular item out of 3 bed sets had loose threads so it was obvious that there was a manufacturing flaw. I'd followed the washing instructions rigidly and all the other items in the bedsets were fine. I also pointed out that regardless of the item being outside the guarantee period, the company still have a duty of care to 'supply goods that will last a reasonable length of time', according to trading standards and consumer rights information on a customer's statutary rights. I believe that good quality bed linen should last more than 15 months without showing flaws in the fabric. He wrote back without addressing any of my concerns, and just repeated his first reply about the 6 months guarantee. I found his emails an insult to my intelligence and extremely dismissive ... a company that cares about it's customers and it's reputation does NOT respond to a customer in this way, ignoring the obvious flaw in the product and using a short 6-month guarantee as a get-out clause. I will continue to call out Paragon Bamboo Ltd until my issue is resolved ... in my opinion, this particular person needs retraining ... and he shouldn't be allowed to interact with customers until he learns to treat them respectfully! Despite spending 3 days at home, no delivery was ever received. Was just lied to by the courier.

Can’t review the goods unfortunately as they never arrived, but had to keep chasing the company and the courier.
