Bait and Switch
This company gave me an emailed and contracted offer for a deal. We just had to do a bank verification and funding call. It took a bit to get the funding call arranged and when they got our owner on the phone, they changed their offer to a "First do this, then we will do the offer you signed". When we called them on the bait and switch, they agreed to do the offer we signed, but we had to pay them $4000 consulting fees up front. I emailed them and told them I'd be posting this review and they emailed back that if I treated them with respect they could "consider" doing the original deal.
The person that emailed me was Candice (@paramountlenders.com) - the "funding caller" was Henry (@paramountlenders.com). And the contract came from Business Funding Today. And they brought in Daniel (@fundingtoday.net) who they stated was from Business Funding Today.
Be very careful with these people - if it's too good to be true, it probably is. I should have trusted my gut on this deal.

And now Henry just emailed me to "sign the contract so we can fund you losers" after he told me to show him respect.
These are scammers thru and thru
Update 9/25/25 - now Henry is telling us because we posted this review because he has the owner's social security number and he's going to do fraudulent things to him.
