Printed goodies and gifts designed to help support your mental health and well-being a.k.a parful (powerful) stuff hi! Founded in 2020, Parful Stuff began as a social media page named “Parful Affirmations”. Its mission was simply to provide relatable and colloquial affirmations to help people think more about their thoughts and the power behind them. The page was then rebranded to “Parful Stuff” to reflect all the content provided, with the core of its message remaining: "the words you say to yourself are parful hi!" Since 2020, Parful Stuff has grown somewhat, and along with our social media pages, we now offer a vast range of relatable wellbeing printed products and gifts that promote self-care, strong mindset and personal growth, from a loving Northern Irish perspective. We also have products simply showcasing and celebrating our beautiful colloquialisms because we think we have the best expressions in the world and they deserve to be shared and cherished.

We have bought a few bits for the house…

We have bought a few bits for the house from Parful Stuff, the wee daily flip book makes me smile every day. We recently purchased the wee charity pins in support of Palestine and they arrived within a couple of days and are great quality. Really pleased with them as I am with everything I get from this business. Thanks so much!

5 star experience

5 star experience . Amazing quality and first class service. My mug had arrived in the post and was broken. (Through no fault of product purely the travel) When I messaged parful stuff this was no problem and was replaced immediately arriving a few days later.

A very happy customer

Before sending me my order, Niamh's communication was excellent and it was clear she wanted to make sure everything was right. The order came promptly but unfortunately my daughter dropped the package and the mug chipped. When I emailed niamh and told her what happened, asking if I could order another one, she sent me another mug free of charge! Her message inside the second mug said 'Tell your daughter there is nothing that can't be fixed'. I just thought all of this was so lovely. I will definitely be placing more orders in the future.
