Printed goodies and gifts designed to help support your mental health and well-being a.k.a parful (powerful) stuff hi! Founded in 2020, Parful Stuff began as a social media page named “Parful Affirmations”. Its mission was simply to provide relatable and colloquial affirmations to help people think more about their thoughts and the power behind them. The page was then rebranded to “Parful Stuff” to reflect all the content provided, with the core of its message remaining: "the words you say to yourself are parful hi!" Since 2020, Parful Stuff has grown somewhat, and along with our social media pages, we now offer a vast range of relatable wellbeing printed products and gifts that promote self-care, strong mindset and personal growth, from a loving Northern Irish perspective. We also have products simply showcasing and celebrating our beautiful colloquialisms because we think we have the best expressions in the world and they deserve to be shared and cherished.

Great wee online shop

Great selection of items at a fair price for a small business. Items well packaged for delivery with a hand written note from the seller. All decent quality as listed. Will be buying again!

I was really impressed.

The most perfect unique gifts 🎁 Delighted!

Delighted with all my purchases, some for myself and a few gifts. All items arrived beautifully wrapped and personal note (lovely touch) and postage was faster than expected. i would highly recommend this wee company for honest, unique and extremely well presented gifts - i will definitely be purchasing again.
