No shuttle bus hassle.
The best part is being able to hand over the car directly at the airport instead of parking elsewhere and waiting for the shuttle bus . Very practical specially travelling with heavy bags .

I absolutely do NOT recommend using this company. Stay away from them if you don’t want to end up dealing with huge stress, extra costs and a complete lack of respect for you as a customer.

I left my car with them on 20 September, with the agreement that I would collect it on 27 September. When I landed in Dublin, I messaged them asking if the car would be collected from the same place. They did not reply.

After going through passport control, I called them and was told that there was “a small problem”. That was when I found out that my car had been taken by the Gardaí.

And this is where the whole ridiculous situation began.

Nobody from this company contacted me to tell me that my car had been taken. Not by phone, not by message, not in any other way. They simply kept quiet for days as if nothing had happened. The car was in their care, so I believe informing the owner about such a serious problem should be the absolute minimum.

I had just returned from a long trip and landed at around 7:30pm. The Gardaí told us that nothing could be dealt with that night and that we had to come back the following day because the office was already closed. We live over 200 km from Dublin, so in the middle of the night we had to rent another car just to get home.

The whole situation cost us over €1,000 — car rental, fuel and other expenses involved in trying to recover my own car. On top of that, there was an enormous amount of stress and wasted time. They have not reimbursed us for any of these costs, even though I gave them three days to resolve the matter.

They simply ignore my messages.

Even worse, while I was already on the plane travelling back to Ireland, they sent me an email which, of course, I could not see at the time. In the email they said that the car had been taken by the Gardaí because their driver was “nervous”. When I later asked what exactly “nervous” was supposed to mean and why the car had been taken because of this, I received absolutely no explanation.

Zero responsibility. Zero professionalism. Zero normal communication with the customer.

They only needed to inform me immediately when the problem happened. My partner could have travelled to Dublin and dealt with everything, and we could have avoided a huge amount of stress and additional costs. Instead, they allowed us to find out about everything only after I returned.

The way they treated their customer was simply ridiculous and completely unacceptable. They behaved as if they had no understanding of what responsibility for someone else’s car means or what basic respect for a customer looks like. Making a joke out of such a serious situation and then ignoring messages is absolutely unacceptable.

I am not going to let this go. I will continue pursuing the matter in order to recover the money we have lost, and the appropriate authorities will also be informed about the whole situation so that they can look into how this company operates.

I am writing this review mainly to warn other people. Do not leave your car with this company if you do not want to find yourself in a situation where you return from a trip only to discover that the Gardaí have taken your car and the company you trusted with it could not even be bothered to inform you.

I personally will never use their services again. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism, disregard for a customer and lack of responsibility before.

Would highly recommend this great service. Very friendly and efficient. No issues with car being collected and returned, a stress free experience overall.

Good service. After a couple of phone calls pick up and return was organised. Small bit of waiting around time but nothing too stressful. Very handy especially when travelling with small kids. Very good price compared to similar services.

I booked this service last week and nobody answered the phone,I had to leave my car in the airport car park and the price for this is €45 per day no one answered my emails and I rang the only number several times and the phone was never on.
I left numerous messages and emails with no reply.
So be warned everyone this company is an absolute disgrace and I will be contacting the relevant authorities on my return.

Just to be clear I booked this service with park n fly express in good faith .

A Company called long term parking. Ie took the money from my account.

Either way I payed for a service in good faith and I didn’t receive the service promised in your email.

Great meet & greet service at Dublin Airport. Staff were punctual, friendly, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Car was returned on time and in perfect condition. Would definitely use again.
