This platform is totally scam my money is gone so don’t buy on this side

⚠️ SCAM ALERT — BE CAREFUL

I ordered two items but received only one; the rear-view mirror is missing. Their support email ID mentioned on the website is also non-existent, and there has been no proper response via phonecall/WhatsApp.

This is a scam. Please be extremely careful before ordering from this seller. I will be filing a formal complaint and taking legal action if the issue is not resolved.

I have ordered three items for my royal enfield himalayan. It was prepaid order. They send me only two items. I tried to connect via WhatsApp and mail many times. No reply even 48 hours passed away. They fraud with me.

I had a very disappointing experience with Part On Wheels.

I ordered a Muffler Sub Assembly for my TVS Ntorq 125 BS6 (Order #522885) worth ₹9,380. The order was processed and delivered through Amazon Shipping. However, when I took the muffler to an authorized TVS service centre for installation, the technicians confirmed that it does not fit my TVS Ntorq 125.

After inspecting the product, I found that the sticker on the muffler clearly states "N251 BS4", whereas the product listed on the Part On Wheels website was advertised as BS6. This indicates that the product delivered does not match the product I ordered.

I immediately contacted Part On Wheels by email and WhatsApp, explained the issue, and requested a return and refund. I also provided evidence, including photographs of the BS4 sticker, the BS6 product listing, and the incompatibility. Unfortunately, despite multiple follow-ups over several days, I have not received any meaningful response or resolution.

As a customer, I expected the company to acknowledge the issue, inspect the returned product if necessary, and process a replacement or refund. Instead, I have been left with an expensive muffler that cannot be used on my vehicle.

I hope Part On Wheels reviews this complaint, accepts the return, and issues the refund I have all Proofs. I will update this review if the company resolves the matter satisfactorily. "This is a Genuine Review"

Worst experience i ordered parts for my bike but they never araived even the website is closed now

It’s really fake and fraud. They don’t make any shipments. Don’t place any orders with these people. I lost my money. They shipped fake item packed in Hero original spare parts box after so many emails. Just fooling around with customers. Don’t make any upi payments.

I have ordered apache rtr 160 4v's left side tank cover, as per the status it was supposed to be delivered by 19th July 2026, but today is 1st aug and they haven't delivered it till now. Even worst is their customer service. There is no way we they contact you. They have an automated email customer. No genuine people are responding. I request you guys not to purchase anything from this website. They are fake.

Since i could not give 0 stars, giving 1 star. Ordered few spares for my RE, which never came, even after constant follow up nothing happened for a long time. At last they informed that they will issue refund which never came. Ultimate fraud

Order no: 294275. Ordered 3 items. 2 items received. since one item not dispatched long time , I requested them to supply or Not possible to supply then initiate and do refund. they send confirmation on 23Aug 2025 that Rs 536 will be credited to account 5-7 days. on 13Nov2025 they asked to send account details. Even though I sent details and several reminder to them, No refund given by them.

Very bad experience with you. I had never got the item or my refund back. Its horrible will not recommend anyone to buy from this site

Order not delivered fake site and fraud website

I have ordered the part in January 31 , it's been almost five months till now order is not yet delivered, it is very difficult to contact them

my order delivered after few months, as they wish.. i dont recommend this site.. once you order they wont cancel and they deliver their own terms
