Part of wheels scam with me i ordered hero duet handle lock with keys in advanced payment, but they are failed to delivery my requirement and did not refund my payment even. So over all I will not refer parts of wheels they are not responsible for delivery products after you paid..1 star given to write a comment. They are not deserving even 1..

Order collect nhi hua paise online kar diye pure abhi order collect nhi hua

They delivered wrong & damaged product on being asked to replace or return they behaved very unprofessionally

I ordered full body parts of my hero ignitor motor bike.. but I got the parts which won't set to chasi groves .. so I contacted satkartar automobile he told to sent back but transportation charges are too high 6000 rs to send it back .. I have got loss of 5645 rs .. by company.. if you sent accurate original parts then I didnt get loss

Scam website only takes your money.. you will never receive you product

Absolutely no response to order updates..no number to call. All you get is an automated message saying will ship in 24 to 48 hours.
WhatsApp messages are not answered. Neither are emails.

Don't buy any thing from partonwheels they are scammers

Fake site hai or koi v yha se parts mat magana payment cut ho jayega lekin product nhi aayega please koi v mat magana 2000 ka saman tha aaya hi nhi payment le liya refund v nhi melega esmai se. Fraud site hai.

Worst customer service ever, product was of good quality but the delivery time was too long, product god delivered 2-3 months later and and they called for review after 2 months of delivery of product.
They closed my enquiry ticket without solving the issue and later they stopped responding to my enquiry ticket. Also they ignored calls
No one picked calls when I tried calling multiple times.
Worst service ever....
I had to order from another platform and then they dilevered product.
Now I have 2 same product.
What I am going to do with two sme parts?

If they cannot maintain customer service, they should just close their online business.

Ye ek fraud website hai koi bhe inse saman order na kare. Maine 12/02/26 apne duet scooter k liye 04 parts order kiye order no. Hai #420677 jinka amount Rs.1002/- ka tha. Lekin inhone sirf 03parts deliver kare or ek part deliver kiya he nhe or uska amount tha Rs.746/-Maine kai bar msgs kare mails kare lekin inka koi response nhe aaya sirf itna reply karte hai amount 7 days mei refund ho jayega.ye kehte kehte inko 05 months ho gye lekin inke 7daysnahe hue. YE LOG FRAUD HAI KOI BHE INSE SAMAN ORDER NA KARE.
