Products are good, but some products have scratches etc. Customer care service is 2/5

I had ordered mirrors online, they collected full amount plus delivery charges, they send only right mirror and they didnot send me left mirror and now they are saying that we cannot do anything, we can refund for 1 mirror. Its same like you order shoes and they send you one shoe and tell you the other is not available, we will refund for 1 shoe. Whats the use as the same mirror is also not available locally, so I had to buy 2 new mirrors locally and had to throw this single mirror and also refund I am asking for last 2 months, not yet received. Be aware they are fraud, its better you buy it locally.

Good experience with POW... satisfied with the service offered...their executive are very professional...over all good Services....

I am satisfied with the quality of the product and would consider purchasing from them again in the future. However, I hope POW can improve their shipping times for a better customer experience.

Service of this part on wheel website is worst. They don't response properly to the customer. They sent me wrong product and told me to send return that parcel. They took almost 2 months for refund process and they didn't give me courier charges amount back.

If possibe, try to buy parts from service center rather than buying from this website.

Worst company is order a bike part on nov23 now it's jan24 neither my order received nor my money refunded. They are cheater

This fraud fellows not delivered my product after 2 weeks of cashing , mail support WhatsApp calls no response from these guys . Only attending calls from another number. Not refunded my money too

Ordered on 13th, received mail that "Order Delivered" on 16th - however NOTHING was delivered and their own TRACKING shows that it has not even been picked up - and to top it up - the tracking number, which they claim is from DTDC courier, is unknown to DTDC.
That company is either a scam or horribly unorganized.

This is a scam site please be aware. Neither did I get my part nor my money back.

It's been more than 15 days no updates regarding order. Even customer care not available

Waste of money. Either no products delivered or refund

Placed an order 2 weeks back. Yet to ship and provide tracking ID. Has been conveying that there is shipping issue every time asked and would be resolved within 24hrs but never resolves. Waste of time and money.

Please don't buy anything from this website. They wont ship the parts neither they will not refund any amount. Ordered a part last month waited for 15 days no response. Cancelled the order and its almost 15 days no refund either.
