Amazing BMW
Amazing BMW. We bought a used car from James Ractliffe and he was amazing from start to finish. So helpful and answered any questions we had. Would definitely recommend and worth the hour drive to come and see them.

Great service
Partridge bmw made the whole process really easy, nothing was to much trouble. Special mention to James Ratcliffe personable, knowledgeable and generally a all round nice person to deal with. Thanks again to the team and James. Love my new car.

Had a wonderful time picking my car up from partridge bmw travled all the way from Coventry the sales gentleman James was extremely nice answerd all my questions I need to ask kept me updated on the car all week highly recommend bmw partridge and James is a gentleman to deal with will definitely be buying from here and doing business with him again

Poor Customer Service
I located a Z4 M40i on the BMW UK website. I then contacted the Partridge dealership and spoke to Kevin. I explained that I was very interested in the car but would not be able to test drive it for several days due to work and personal commitments. I asked if there was any way that I could reserve the car for longer than the usual 24hrs. We worked out a solution that would involve sending a deposit of £1000 to hold the car. The following morning, before securing the reservation, I noticed on Partridge's website that the car was marked as reserved. I called Kevin to query this, and after checking with his manager, Kevin confirmed that the car was still for sale. After completing several forms, I then transferred £1000 to reserve the vehicle on the Friday morning, and agreed that I would test drive the car on Sunday afternoon. So far all was going to plan.
Later that afternoon, I received a phone call from the sales team manager to say that there had been a communication breakdown amongst the sales team and the car had already been sold.
I eventually received my deposit back on the Monday.
I am very disappointed at the lack of communication that led to this error, especially as I had made it quite clear right from the start of my intention to purchase subject to a test drive!

Contacted this dealership about a Mini for sale.
Jason Young contacted me, He answered my questions. I Told him the car sounded perfect!
When can I test drive, as I live 60 miles away, and purchase and drive the car away?
I was then told there was a problem with a part for the centre console, which was previously never mentioned in the extensive email correspondence. However it would be ordered and with them in 24 hrs.
I was told the Mot would Not be done till Friday, and the car was in their loading bay????
"24hrs later , I see the car has been removed from Auto trader .
I immediately contacted Jason, who only then informed me the car was now sold!
I am somewhat disappointed that Jason did not even give me the option of securing the vehicle, with ie deposit, or indeed inform me the car was sold!
It appears this company employ staff with absolutely NO integrity , good manners, or indeed good business sense!
An unhappy customer, who would advise others NOT to dealer with this company, as I have no intention of looking at any other of their vehicles now or in the future!

After last years disappointment of…
After last years disappointment of visiting this dealership, ( my local dealer ) a friend of mine asked if I would go with him to look at a car that they have in stock. I warned him that last year when I went to buy a car, nobody was interested and I took my money to Wood at Salisbury and they were very helpful and sold me a car.
Anyway, not to be put off I said they have probably changed now and got better.
How wrong I was.
We got to Partridge BMW today at lunchtime to look at an X3 that is advertised at £37,892. We spent a good 10 minutes looking around the car and then went in the showroom to speak to a salesperson. After 10 minutes of waiting, nobody even said hello to us, let alone asked if we needed help.
Looks like nothing has changed. And my friend is taking his £40,000 budget elsewhere.

Amazing service
I've been dealing with Patridge of Hampshire for my new 218i M Sport Grand coupe. Suraj who we were dealing with, was amazing and he made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Suraj was professional, knowledgable and incredibly efficient. He had everything ready for us. Its clear he values his customers time and ensures they get exactly what they need. Highly recommend going to Suraj if you are looking for a new vehicle.

Great delivery experience
First BMW, really good experience getting it delivered.
It’s an EV through my work from a fairly fiddly scheme. This meant I had to chop and change the delivery date a couple of times to fit the company rules.
Lucy helped with the delivery and was fantastic, really really helpful and walked me through the process.
Just wanted to say thanks to Lucy and the rest of the delivery team for getting it all sorted.

Definitely made the right choice choosing Partridge BMW
What a wonderful bunch they are at Partridge - to be treated like a valued customer is quite a wonderful thing.
I don't change cars too often and I generally find the experience of changing a car quite stressful - there is a lot of paperwork these days especially - but Raj and his colleagues made the entire process very straightforward - as well as making it pleasant too.
