Eventually got a car. My first order placed in Feb was cancelled after being promised delivery in first March, then April, then told it was not available. To be fair, their customer support team were great and gave me a loan car until the alternative was delivered (which should be early May)

Haven’t got the car yet. Just emails to complete forms but before I do I need to add my partner to the policy. Have called and was supposed to get a call back that didn’t happen. Emailed and at first this bounced back, emailed again and no reply yet

I've not had to really do anything, all paperwork was done by my employer, and I've been kept up to date with proceedings!

The order and delivery has needed constant chasing since I confirmed the order and the licence check was done. The pricing between retailer and Tusker is manually managed and a lot of paperwork is involved after the order is placed. It takes weeks.
On the phone the AI agent is inefficient and a loss of time as security check don’t work.

The only thing that the team could improve on is to provide real images of the car (New from Stock) that the individual is buying. Stock images aren't that helpful and the spec is also generally stock information and needs to reflect the actual car.
