This review is in regards to order # 100155251 placed on the 17th of April 2022. The parts arrived on the 9th of May 2022, so one can imagine the state of affairs, with their delivery department. Repeated reminders had no effect and I was told that the delay was due to the unavailability of certain parts. Now why were parts that were not available, not removed or mentioned as out of stock on the website ??? But the best part is that that when the parts did arrive they were of absolute substandard quality, from manufacturers no one has ever heard off, even better they did not fit and most have manufacturing defects. How I wish this review had a attach photos option, so I could explain better. The total cost of the order has close of 16000/- rupees. I had to re-order all the parts from Starke Industries ( Karnal, Haryana) but best of all, they only charged 13800 for the entire order of the same list of items. I hope someone in Parts Big Boss reads this review and as mentioned below in the " I confirm " column, I am not looking for a refunds or any freebies, as I am thoroughly disgusted by the lackadaisical attitude towards their procurement of substandard parts and delivery deadlines.

I ordered tokico branded shock absorber for Toyota fortuner. It is not available in india that easily. They said they will source it from the supplier and ship it in 5 days. They kept up their word and I got the part in 12 days to tamilnadu after order date. I was skeptical initially after reading the negative reviews, but they delivered promptly and also the product quality was very good.5 stars

Recently ordered fog lamp assembly for my VW VENTO. The packaging was excellent. No scratches or any kind of wear and tear on the product.Had a chat with their customer support on whatsapp regarding delivery and product detail and they sent me the exact product info and pictures. Well behaved and polite. I had a very hard time finding those fog lamps for my car. Found it nowhere. Only their website had it at a very very reasonable price. Had checked with a website and their price was two fold. I'm extremely happy with the product and the build quality seems perfect and sturdy. Though I had 2 days' late delivery but their constant updates and support made me relaxed.

I didn't know how to place multiple items in one go.
