The timing getting my order was good. But I called to ask about why I didn't receive the parts expected it was told they would call me back shortly. That was a week ago. The website picture of the part I needed didn't match what I was sent. A return call would have been appreciated.

Received a different part then what I ordered. Twice. The item didn't match what was on their website. I contacted them and nothing. I have photos to show the difference.

This was the exact part I needed and it came in a timely manner.

The parts I'm looking for are in stock and ready to ship the day I order them. Can't ask for faster service than that.
Also important to me is good packing. My parts arrive without damage because they're boxed and packed properly.

Great OEM parts and very fast shipping ,.

Parts were not shipped NDA, after we paid for the NDA rate, item was purchased prior to 9 a.m. no reason item wasn't shipped out same day.
Did not receive an invoice for purchase only order confirmation.

I have emailed 2 times to let you know that the order was missing a part.
With no response.

The item arrived as described, well packed, within a few days after ordering. No problems with my order whatsoever.

I called 2 days ago to complain about the product and the person I spoke with said I would have a reply by 5pm that day. I have heard nothing.

Ordered a part 2nd air and received it 10 days later.

Ordering was incredibly easy, and the product arrived promptly. However, it's unfortunate that the appliance we purchased the part for completely broke down before I received it. I decided to email them regarding the refund process, but received no response. When I called, the line went straight to voicemail.

Part availability and super quick shipping. Tracking number was quick and right on.

The order never arrived. He does NOT have a tracking option, does not offer customer service, does not answer the phone. They are a scam I need my money!!!

Had what I wanted easy to get things are good.

I fix kitchen equipment I get the right parts at the right time and very good price.

Ordered a fan for my cooler. Only a fan motor was delivered with no fan blades included. I called and was told without a part number they couldn’t help me. I told them I wanted to return the unusable fan motor for a refund and asked for a return authorization number. I was told a return authorization would be sent to me by email. No email authorization was ever received. Won’t do business with this company ever again.

The part we got was defective and I have been trying to reach someone to help me get this exchanged for a good part but I have not had anyone return my calls or emails.
