Crooked company

I purchased 3 door gaskets for my Beverage Air cooler price for each are $32.22 Parts FPS part number 703-372CCA off their website states that it is for Beverage Air model number: BB78 gasket.
The gaskets I received are not the correct size for model: BB78 the gasket is 1 inch too wide, and it will not fit to the door.
I contacted Parts FPS regarding the problem. Per their request I sent them pictures showing the gasket on the door that is hanging over by one inch.
They said to return the gaskets and they would give me credit for the gaskets but not the shipping charge of $16 Plus they want me to pay to ship the product back.
The customer should not be charged for the shipment and pay to ship the product when Parts FPS is at fault. I received an incorrect size or a defective product.
Beware when buying from Parts FPS because they will not be accountable for their bad products or their mistakes.
I sent them an email saying that I expect credit for the shipping charge and refused to pay to ship back the product. They replied with no comment, just with an RMA number to put on the box.
I don’t feel I should be charged for the shipment and pay to ship the product when they’re at fault. I received an incorrect size or a defective product. Don’t buy off of Parts FPS they don’t stand behind their product.
I returned the items to Parts FPS. UPS tracking states that they received the return on February 17, 2026 at 10:21 AM.
As of March 20, 2026 I have not received my refund.
I have contacted Parts FPS regarding my refund by email five times on 2-27-2026, 3-4-2026, 3-5-2026, 3-11-2026 & 3-19-2026. There are dishonest crooked company.
Don’t buy from this company you will regret it. By your parts from Parts Town.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and haven't received any correspondence or shipping information. Will need to contest charges through my credit card company.

I think this company is a scan.

I ordered a part I needed for a grill. After more than a week of waiting and four voicemails (nobody ever answers their phones) it is still showing in process. It hasn't shipped even though I paid extra to get it quickly.

WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN! I wish I had read all the reviews before purchasing my item from this website and I would've known that my service would be terrible. I paid $107 for next day overnight shipping for an item I really needed and it did not come. I called the company and the person I spoke to was very snippy and cut me off twice, and said they needed to inquire about my order and would call me back later in the day. They never called me back! I finally got them back on the phone and told them I wanted a refund for that very expensive shipping fee and they told me if I wanted a refund of anything I needed to send a message through their email. I sent the email and got a reply saying that my item was on backorder. I replied again saying I didn't care about that. I just wanted the refund for my shipping and I have yet to hear anything. That was two days ago. This website is a total scam and will rip you off so do not purchase anything from them.

Ordered parts

Ordered parts. Order came in incomplete. Called several times and finally got an answer. They said to send an email for a refund would take up to two weeks. A month later... no refund. Called no answer. This company should be shut down. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else

Oder cancelled. No explanation provided besides that my funds will be refunded in 7-14 days. Seems like a scam company that just holds your funds. Stay away.

Customers be aware, customer service is bad, I made a purchase for parts which I canceled working minutes to make a revised larger order I contacted customer service and emailed them was told that it was canceled, they still sent he 2 orders I guess it was a mistake, returned the order I still can’t get my refund after almost 2 months, I did a claim with my credit card company to get my money back, so then they refund it the money saw it pending on my account so I canceled my claim with my credit card company after I saw the refund from this crooks, and them they took the money again, customer be aware with this company, business practices seem to be off..

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Called to find out shipping date and, like others have reported, was spoken to very rudely. I was told I would get a callback, called back in an hour and was assured, again very rudely, that he would call me back by 7. The call never came. I will be canceling the order and getting the part from a different vendor

Ordered a part that showed in stock , after 3 days it showed processing, called customer service was advised it be 3-4 weeks before it will ship out. Canceled the order went to partstown received the order the next day

Order cancelled and waiting for refund

I placed an order online. The system gave a shipping date and all the normal details. Within 4 minutes I got an email that my order was cancelled due to part unavailability. I understand that happens but in the mean time they already charged my card and now I have to wait up to two weeks for my refund. If they can check the inventory that quick (which they should have known in advance) they should not have charged my card at all until they confirmed parts were available. When I called I was just told that this won't happen next time. I don't believe they know that unless they change the system

HORRIBLE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE

IF THERE WERE LESS THEN ONE STAR I WOULD GIVE IT. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. THEY CHARGED MY CARD FOR 7 BEARINGS AND TWO BUMPSTOPS FOR A HOBART MEAT SLICER. THEY THEN CHARGED ME FOR 2 DAY AIR SHIPPING. DID NOT SHIP ANYTHING UNTIL I CALLED 4 DAYS LATER. THEN THEY ONLY SHIPPED ONE BUMP STOP AND NOW DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN I CALL.

Fraud do not deliver but try to show false proof of delivery. If you value your customers do not order from this company. There is no customer service. Try using the email they have posted and try to get an answer on the phone number.

Great Service and Deals.

Excellent service.

"I recently ordered garland burners PartsFPS and I am beyond impressed with the service I received. Not only did they give me a great deal on the products, but they also went out of their way to reduce the shipping cost. When one of the burners arrived broken, they immediately sent two replacements for free! Crappy business. Website says parts in stock it's a crock of crap. Parts aren't in stock and they don't say a damn thing to notify you that they can't complete your order. I hope they go down the shitter.

SENT ME A WRONG PART / TOTAL SCAM

I got sent a different part than the one I bought, and customer support insisted it was the right part.

They then tried to make me send it back with my own money?

Total joke of a company, very rude customer service please do not buy with these guys. Had to chargeback my credit card after I sent the part back and they didn't refund me.
