Received pump
Received pump, after a week, was hoping for overnight delivery, which is what I paid for, but was informed item was lost. When pump did arrive it was exactly as advertised. Just waiting on shipping refund....

On first order all items were accepted as purchased. Shortly after payment for shopping cart items, a representative reached out and call to inform one of the items is out of stock. Asked when it may be restocked and was informed within 2 weeks. I tried one week later and the item was restocked, so a new order was made. High praise for short turn around time. Both orders came within 2 business days

I waited two weeks for them to finally tell me they didn't have the product. Now my client is waiting longer thanks to this company, and yet I have to wait for the refund without knowing if they're going to give me the full amount.

Ordered furnace pump for overnight delivery, (no hot water) been a week and still have no pump or refund with no idea when I will receive either.

Your order was shipped via overnight delivery; however, it appears the carrier as lost the pacakage. As soon as you contacted us, we promptly initiated an investigation with UPS. During this process, the package was located and has since been successfully delivered to you.
Poor Customer Service
I ordered parts for a Mini Split unit I was repairing. The ordering went smooth. However, after issues with shipping I contacted customer service and they were terrible. Rather than even try to help me they argued with me and said they don’t work after 3pm on normal business days. I ordered the parts at 3:20 and the parts shipped the same day at 6. So someone was working…. Understand that if you order from this company it is a foreign entity mascarading as a US company and providing sub par services.
