I think I’m still in shock, have they just invented customer service? I have spoken to 3 of their staff, each one knowledgable , and helpful, post office had a problem with my delivery, I called partshop, they chased royal mail , called me back promptly, told me they had instructed that the delivery was returned to them and a replacement would be sent out priority mail today! They get 20 out of 10 from me, if only all companies were like this. Thankyou Josh .I have not been asked to leave this revue.

Ordered late Monday evening, arrived via Evri on Thursday, and all items correct.
The only improvement I'd suggest is to have some comms once ordered (i.e. picked / dispatched), as beyond an order confirmation email there was no contact until Thurs morning from Evri.

First time using Partshop direct and to begin with I had a problem with the delivery, It never arrived, typical problem with Royal Mails useless service. I contacted Partsshop direct via their email contact us service. after a couple of messages I got a phone call from a guy called Andy, he was really helpful and said the item had been sent, but would resend the order and do next day delivery. Today the parcel arrived and not only was it spot on Andy included a gift to say sorry for the problems. I was staggered. Thank you Andy, great service and customer focused support.

The company took payment but did not fulfill my order. I waited for 2 months before finally initiating a chargeback with my bank. I tried to contact the company via email but did not receive an answer. Would not purchase from this company.

The parts were easy to find and order. Although Dewalt sent them the wrong parts. They were in a bag with the correct part # but were incorrect.
I contacted there customer service and Sam corrected the problem and shipped me the correct parts.
Sam was very prompt and helpful with customer support.

Part Shop Direct (PSD), see also Tools and Parts Direct, Spare Parts World, all out of the same address as Power Tool Centre; 'distributors' who all have the same 0151 207 1400 number, for the same unit on an industrial estate in Liverpool.
I placed an order, 390859, in Mid-March, was advised on the website of a 4-6 week delay in delivery of a parts from the EU because of problems with EU suppliers (right, blame the EU). I chased PSD 10 weeks later to be told the product was not available.
The part I ordered was due to arrive by the end of April. On 26th May I queried where my order was, and 2 days later I was told by PSD the item still hadn't arrived and there was no sign of it. Did PSD get confirmation the part was on its way? As far as I am concerned there is no evidence that PSD had any confirmation that a part was ordered and was on its way. This is the most likely scenario, as I checked and learned the part I was after was long-ago discontinued by the manufacturer. So that's bull**** there, then.
I was confirmed a refund on 28th May which took 6 days to be received. I received a copy refund invoice which listed the part as 'returned'. In the meantime, I spent a few minutes online, found a supplier in Germany, placed an order at a price 25% cheaper than that quoted by PSD, and which was in my hands a week after I placed my order.
The problem wasn't that PSD couldn't get what I ordered. The problem is that no effort was made in sourcing apart from a couple of emails, and spending little effort to justify the premiums that UK distribution pockets.
It's a grassroots con - producers and manufacturers have to cut back to the bone, while UK distribution networks become ever more opaque and siphon off profits in return for very little actual work. The consumer is screwed.

All worked fine for me. The parts arrived as described and on Tuesday morning following ordering on Sunday.
It wasn't cheap but it saved me something between £50 and £100 or more in replacing the tool.
Black and Decker 36V strimmer parts.
A Google search for replacement parts for my 36v Black and Decker strimmer resulted in Parts Shop Direct. There was a clear diagram on the site, showing all replacements, and within a few minutes I had ordered a new motor clamshell and spindle gear. I’m pleased to say that everything arrived within a few days and fitted perfectly.

I got an email to say the part isnt in stock, then one to say it's been sent already. Needless to say, nothing was actually delivered !

Send the wrong part and scam you out of your money. I get a 50p washer instead of the £20 adjusted that I paid for. They are online as partsshopdirect, sparepartsworld and other names, all the same phone number. Customer service are not helpful at all. Over 3 weeks of phone calls and emails and I am still out of pocket and with no part for my saw. Everytime you call them you have to explain the problem as if it was the first time as they just say the part was delivered, (A washer was delivered). They pass the blame to Dewalt and you then have no way of rectifying the problem. AVOID at all costs.
Scam company
Scam company, do not use it, they don´t send, the contact form on website dos not work, the E-mail address dos not work, no confirm e-mails are sent when you order parts, the only thing the CAN figure out is the steal your money, and ignore you.
Warning given here, DO NOT USE this Company they will rip you off!
