Comprei 16 kg de parafusos , prometem que chegam em 48-72 horas, mas passou mais de 1 de uma semana e segundo o tracking da fedex nem sequer sairam ainda do remetente.

Avoid... Avoid.... This is not a serious company. First of all, they don't have any office at the airport (you have a transfer and you don't have anyone waiting for you, you'll have to call). Their business isn't rent a car, it's extorting money for some reason. In my case I had to pay for the total painting of a bumper that already had damage, damage that was certainly already paid for previous customers. For 1 risk in the exact place where another one was previously I paid almost 200€. In addition, the repair was hyper inflated, as they claim that they would have to disassemble the bumper, which is totally false (I work for an insurance company). So if you want to be extorted, this is the perfect place. If you want a serious company, look for international rental companies. In addition, this company secretly puts gps without respecting European data protection, and charges very high fines if you go on bad roads (which is more than likely in Albania). If you want problems rent here

Regarding damage claims, you are welcome to dispute this with the locations claim team with photos of the damage pre-existing when you took the vehicle. AVOID - they are not honest

I paid for parts,but they didn't have them and the order was cancelled.
I sent several mails, but they didn't return my money and didn't send the parts.
I was robbed !!!!!

The best reship company in USA

I do about 3 reships a month from Germany, US and UK, around 3000 USD - 5000 USD per shipment. I have had problems with several re-shipping companies with thefts of material, bad packing and sometimes I give up the claim because most of the time they drag the problem. I have been working with Planet Express for almost 2 years without ever missing a single screw (16 shipments in total). This month I had a theft of a shipment sent by Planet Express (more than 60% of the material sent). After complaining in 3 working days they solved the problem by reimbursing me 100% and completely exceeding my expectations. Highly recommended, honest, reliable and high value company. I give 5 stars, if it were a 100 star scale, it would be 100 stars they would receive. Thank you very much Planet Express.

Talvez a pior companhia do mundo para…

Talvez a pior companhia do mundo para trazer algo do estrangeiro aonde meta a alfandega.
Demorada, burocrática e os colaboradores andam sempre a procura do "piolho" para arranjar problemas.
UPS pode ser a companhia mais barata mas é um pesadelo.

I used forward2me evry mounths during 2 years but In the last orders there were several problems. I also tried parcelflow but it was a mess... parcels desapear . I started using Tiptrans in October and the service is very professional and competent. I suggest to make possible a preorder to take photos of the interior to be perfect. 5 stars. Thanks

Big problems... do not use for Europe

Big problems...I have an order that's waiting since 5-10, I send 6 messages and no one answers. I used myus the first time and I think it will be the last. Poor service at least for the European union.
I want my package or my money back!

Só chegou metade da encomenda, e não respondem ao mail aonde eu pedia esclarecimentos
