I bought a Mercury stow and go cover…
I bought a Mercury stow and go cover that I used 3 times and the zipper failed. I’ve sent numerous emails and I’m told I have to wait up to 90 days for Mercury to approve a warranty replacement. I also had to send in a serial # for my engine even though it has nothing to do with the cover is like replaced. I would think PartsVu would just send me a new cover since it was within 45 days, but here I wait. Tim

Partsvu customer service is always helping me look up the parts so I don't have to myself. I trust that whoever i get is going to be knowledgeable and polite regardless of what I'm looking to order. 6 years now, I don't go anywhere else.

It took 13 days to get my parts
It took 13 days to get my parts. They were listed as ‘in stock” but then I got an email saying they had to be shipped from their warehouse. There was no tracking number on the order until it arrived. Some of the parts were not even what I ordered and trying to make a return is a nightmare. No one ever picks up the phone and they are closed on the weekends. What a joke. Buy somewhere else.

I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to wait that long, receive incorrect items, and then have difficulty getting assistance. That’s not acceptable, and I truly apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
I would really like the opportunity to look into this further and make things right. If you could please provide your order number (or the name/email on the order), I can review exactly what happened with the fulfillment, shipping, and item discrepancy so we can get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.
Regarding the tracking, once a package leaves our facility, the timing and visibility of tracking updates are controlled by the carrier. While tracking is generated on our end, delays in updates or scans are unfortunately outside of our control. That said, I understand how important that visibility is and we can certainly review what happened in your case.
We can also prioritize your return and ensure you receive either the correct items or a full refund—whichever you prefer.
We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to have the chance to turn this experience around for you.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, have call 3x's about receiving a part that does not fit my engine, the girl argued that this is the part the manufacture specifies yet I had sent them pictures and serial number showing it does not fit my engine, they provided no assistance and had to purchase the correct part elsewheres. Will never purchase from them again!

Won’t accept returns
Ordered an ECU, part came in, size looked right, it was packed in a plastic bag that was largely white, also bubble wrapped. Opened it up and found the plug was the wrong one, they sent me an ecu for pre 2005. Called them and they informed me they won’t take it back due to it being opened. If that is your policy, package the items in clear packing materials. Scandalous company, stay far away!
