We ordered 5 dishes and only 4 turned up. Have have phoned 3 times and left messages but no one has called back. It’s a con. Do not use

Terrible 99.95% pasta no meat watery sauce I paid sixteen pound for a bowl of bland carbohydrate first time customer never going back

I ordered a box of pasta from P.E that came with additional free meals as parr of a deal.
On the day then parcel was due to arrive , the courier never delivered it and it was sent back to Pasta Evangelists. There was no reason for this to happen as they didn't actually attempt to deliver it at all.
This was 5 days ago and I have emailed, called multiple times, left voice notes and requests for a call back and have been ignored every single time.
Pasta Evangelists have taken my money, taken back my delivery for no reason and aren't responding to rectify the situation at all.
I'm not sure how else to report them so doing it here.

So many delivery issues!!. First box showed up almost two days late. Food was warm in the box. Replacement box issued a week after hasn’t shown up at all. And still not heard anything back from customer services. Don’t plan to have pasta on the day they’ll say it’s coming, you’ll be calling a take away last minute.

Placed a delivery for Tuesday - payment came out of my account immediately and I was informed I would receive a dispatch email to let me know my order is on its way.

It is now Friday, 72 hours after my order was due. I have received zero communications and no order. I have tried calling several times, I have sent multiple emails and tried contacting them over social media and radio silence.

Absolutely not impressed and would not recommend.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Order didnt arrive. Contacted via email - ignored. Contacted on app -ignored twice. Phoned, no answer - message left, no reply.

They've had 31pounds out of me on false pretences & by the looks of here & facebook, this is what they do.

The kit arrived a day late with no explanation, it was a birthday gift. When it arrived the ice packs had melted and burst. No response to numerous emails sent and they queue you on the phone and then cut you off. Just awful. This is the first and last time of ordering. Don't touch with a barge pole.

Delivery of cook at home kit arrived a day late, all cold packs melted and everything was warm. So it has to be thrown away. Tried ringing them three times. Got into a queue, then told after a while that nobody would be answering the call anyway, so leave a message. Tried emailing them - don't expect much. I was already emailing them about a bundle they promised to lure me back after a break, but it wasn't in the order. Complete disaster, and they aren't dealing with it very well.

Used to love Pasta Evangelist but no more. Dreadful delivery and customer service. I have cancelled my subscription and wouldn't use again!

Contacted the company multiple times to change my delivery day had no answer to email/phone or call back. Finally received my order on an inconvenient day and there was one burst dry ice packet and my whole order felt room temperature and had not been kept cool. One dish I ordered was MISSING and the lobster and prawn dish I ordered actually expires tomorrow so not exactly a long date. I have used this company once before and it was amazing. But I can assure you all and PASTA EVANGELIST if you ever read this: - I WILL NEVER ORDER
FROM YOU AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW WHO HAVE ORDERED PREVIOUSLY NOT TOO ASWELL.

Absolutely horrible experience. Only half of the order got delivered and it has been impossible to get through on the customer service number and they haven't replied over email either. It has been 5 days and we still haven't received the remaining food which we have bene charged for or heard back from Pasta Evangelists.

I didn’t receive my order! Yodel failed to deliver the order which is appalling as they are the only courier not to find our property. I reached out to PE and despite two emails I have not yet had a reply! Not great!! PE.. please reply to customer emails as in my case payment has been taken and I’ve received nothing in return - no pasta, no reply from customer services and no refund!!

Previous fans of the product but unfortunately let down by the service! Delivery delayed by 48 hours - not ideal but understand things happen when relying on third party delivery however, never received. Now over a week later later multiple calls, emails and requests for call backs all unanswered and no refund!!!! Have I been scammed?!

Ordered a welcome back package with the free bonus meals incentive and nothing arrived and no customer service for over 72 hours.

Have had many good orders in the past although recently, recurrent issues with missing meals was getting irritating although always sorted with a refund quickly. However order last week was terrible . Delivery postponed by a day at short notice which was ok, but then on the delivery day didn’t show up until 9pm for a 4-6pm delivery window. All the food was at room temperature and the ice packs were not even remotely cold, so entire order ruined. One item missing again.No response from customer service so far.

I'd give this no stars if I could. Ordered some meals to cook at home as I have a newborn and wanted something easy. Have used pa before and they've been good. Order confirmed but have heard nothing since and nothing has been delivered. I've tried calling and emailing but have not had a response. Luckily I paid through PayPal so have got my money back. Absolutely appalling

My order was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday, but then it didn't arrive and an email was received saying there would be a delay and would be arriving on Friday. I waited until Friday and there was nothing. I have sent email to them and called them but they put me on hold for a while and then got cut off. Up to now I stil haven't got any reply from them and no parcel was received!
Think twice before you order!

Order was due to be delivered on Tuesday, got an email saying that there'd been a delay and it wouldn't be arriving until Friday. I immediately emailed back asking them to postpone until the following Monday as we were going away for the weekend, no response. Then got another email on Friday to say there'd been a further delay and pasta wouldn't be coming until Saturday. I emailed back and tried to call several times but just got put in a queue before getting cut off and told no one's available to answer... What a scam! Apparently pasta was delivered yesterday when we were 100 miles away so will be ruined by the time we get back.

My order was delivered on Wednesday missing the entire bonus pack and one of the sauce sachets of my actual order as well. I understand that delivery mistakes happen however the absolutely abysmal part is that I have contacted them every single day since Wednesday and it is now Sunday and all I’m hearing is “sorry we are receiving more correspondence than usual”. Considering my order is missing 7 items I feel like that should be a priority to be responded to. I had arranged my friend round for dinner on Wednesday for her birthday and only had a fraction of the food I’d promised how embarrassing!

I order a bolognese pasta and literally there wasn’t much meat on eat ,basically paid 16 pounds to eat past with tomato sauce. Shame.
