Hello Zainab, thank you for your review. We try and respond to all enquiries as soon as possible. However, we have checked our inbox and even spam folder and it seems no email was received from you.
Perhaps you sent it to wrong email address or it was not delivered to us due to a glitch? If you did send it and it was somehow accidentally deleted on our end then we do apologise but this seems unlikely.
The ingredients list for ALL our products are on their respective pages and readily available for everyone to access and read.

Hello Hemlata, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and rate our service as 1-star even though you have not made an attempt to notify us of the delay on your parcel. We would have preferred for you to email us directly.
We can confirm your parcel was despatched on 21st June 2024. Whilst extremely rare, delays do happen. Sometimes these are because of delays at Royal Mail or it could be accessibility of the delivery address.
Either way, we have always ensured none of customers lose out by investigating and resolving any matters they have brought to our attention.
We will resolve this issue internally and notify you via email.
