Loved the website it was very easy to use and find what i wanted with lots of pictures and care instructions (so you can choose the right plant for the right place) and ordering was very easy. There was a delay in delivery but they checked it was ok with me first and then gave me a voucher to say thank you for my patience. I was able to order a delivery slot on Mother’s Day in under a week before. The plant was delivered on time and was a present for my mum who commented on the amazing packaging of her plant and pot . She was extremely pleased with her item .

A really good selection of plants in different sizes and price ranges. To personalise it you can choose your own plant pot, which is lovely. Can be sent direct to recipient and can get next day delivery. Much better than a bunch of flowers that don’t last. Lovely gift idea.

The incorrect plants were originally sent. However, this was rectified with the correct order sent the next day in time for Mother's Day. The customer service team dealt with the error extremely well, and I got to keep the incorrect plants too. This meant that I decided the mistake was not worth losing a star for.

AVOID Not great customer service and the Anthurium has got to be the most unhealthy plant we have ever bought and we followed the guidelines received with the plant. Would not buy from again they literally won’t acknowledge poor quality

The information and plant requirements online made it easy to select the right plants for my house. The delivery time was great (3-days from ordering). And the plants themselves look well cared for!

The cactus I've ordered had about 6 to 7 stems in the picture supplied by Patch on the web, all at different heights. That's what I liked, so I ordered one. The one I receiveded had only 3 which is disappointing for the money paid. Delivery was fast but I will not order from this company again.

today the plant arrived like dog dinner! soil all over the flower. the flower ripped.
I took photo and sent it to the company to see if they will rectified it.
