I couldn’t be happier with my experience ordering from Patch Plants.
I bought the 29cm Earth pot and 'Tristan' the Triostar! Everything from start to finish felt incredibly professional and thoughtful.
The delivery options alone are brilliant and my main reason for being so confident ordering from Patch. Being able to choose next day delivery before 1pm or select a specific day makes such a difference, especially when you don’t want delicate plants sitting in cold or hot boxes for long. I ordered Sunday afternoon and it was here by 10am Monday morning!!
The plant itself is in fantastic condition. Healthy, vibrant, no yellowing, no damage, and clearly well cared for before shipping. You can tell they don’t just shove plants in boxes and hope for the best.
What really stood out though was the customer service. Even on a Sunday, Klem from Patch was emailing me back and forth answering my questions and offering helpful advice. That level of support is rare and genuinely appreciated.
Packaging was secure and protective. The only small suggestion I’d make is possibly taping over the box handle holes in colder weather to prevent cold air rushing in.
The Earth pot is beautiful quality too! Sturdy, stylish and high end luxury, considering the price! Incredibly good value.
Plus, their loyalty points programme is a lovely bonus. On my very first order I already earned £4.20 back, which makes future plant shopping even more tempting.
Fantastic plants, great service, thoughtful delivery options, and rewards on top. I’ll absolutely be buying from Patch again.

First time buying from Patch. Bought a zammi plant. Arrived in great condition. Unfortunately, the pot that was recommended to go with it was far too big. For various reasons Patch were unable to sort a return so they refunded me the value of the pot and told me I could keep it! I was dealing with Larsen who was just great. Would definitely buy from them again.

Packaging amazing, so my plant arrived in perfect condition and was even bigger and better than expected.

I bought 2X Rachel in Glass plants.
They arrived extremely well packaged and were in excellent condition!!
They came with a QR code which once scanned provided care tips as well as an information leaflet.
My husband and I are extremely impressed by the quality of the products and the quality of the service.
We will definitely be shopping here in the future!!

I’ve ordered a few plants from Patch Plants, one being the String of Nickels - The plant didn’t even last one week!

It was really well watered when it arrived so I left the plant alone and followed guidance on care. It started to shrivel and looked mouldy so I contacted customer service. They were very friendly and helpful - they suggested sending another String of Nickels as they believed the first plant didn’t travel well.

The second plant arrived and unfortunately, the same issue happened again.

Customer service sent me a refund but am now unsure if it’s worth getting another plant from them if they are all not going to last.

I also found that the plant pot I was given for one of my plants was way too big - so I had to use a different pot… such a shame.

Have had multiple deliveries and mostly great, but last delivery had an overwatered string of nickels among my order that died shortly after receiving it despite not watering it to try and dry it out. I think root rot has already set in. No refund or replacement issued so money down the drain on that one unfortunately.

The information on the website is really clear and helpful. The plants were delivered in great condition with excellent advice on care

My plant arrived overnight. Carefully wrapped. In perfect condition. So beautiful and healthy.
I shall definitely be ordering from them again.

I ordered 3 plants- Monstera, Chinese Money plant and a Boston Fern. They all arrived in good shape and are lovely!

The fern was very small more like a plug in plant, costly for its size.
Plus the amount of packaging seems to be such a waste.

Looking forward to them growing and flourishing!!
